Boutique Sydney Apartment - Close to the Airport

Welcome to my designer home in Turrella! My apartment features a large open space with modern furnishings, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and you’ll have access to your own private washing machine and dryer.

You’ll be just a 10 minute drive from the airport and also a 10 minute walk from Turrella Train Station which will connect you with all of Sydney and NSW.
The Space:
My large apartment utilises modern interior design and furnishings to create a feeling of tranquility - perfect for your stay in Sydney. You will have access to the entire property which features two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully outfitted kitchen, a private laundry, an indoor heated pool, gym and sauna. That’s a lot!

Due to its prime location, you’ll be just a short walk from Turrella Station, which will connect you to all of Sydney and NSW. At the front of the apartment there is also a bus stop which has the 473 service which will allow you to get where you want! Alternatively, you’ll have have access to the carpark which might be easier!

Moving back into the house, you’ll find a large and spacious living room featuring a comfortable couch that doubles as a sofa bed. Relax and enjoy the TV! If you want some fresh air, you can open the large sliding doors that lead to the balcony or pop outside and enjoy your coffee and company.

My kitchen rules and is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances. Coffee and tea is provided just to make those mornings extra delightful. Furthermore, all dinnerware, glassware and cutlery is provided and can be found in the kitchen. Once you’ve finished being a masterchef, enjoy your meal at the large dining table or kitchen booth. Alternatively, pop out onto the balcony and enjoy your meal there.

If you need to do some work, the dining table can double as a temporary workstation. Otherwise you can use the shared office/desk space located in the building. Take advantage of the unlimited fast WIFI and sneak some Netflix in there while you’re at it. There’s also a small desk for you to work on.

Moving into the bedrooms you’ll find two comfortable queen beds each fitted with hotel quality 500 thread count linen. There is enough wardrobe space in both rooms to store all your luggage, clothes and any shopping. Just remember, the lounge in the living room is also a sofa bed so you can sleep there too or just chill and enjoy the TV.

My home also has two sparkling bathrooms each with a shower and the main bathroom with a bonus bathtub so you can scrubadub. Toiletries including shampoo and conditioner are provided with compliments.

If you decide to not go out and explore beautiful Sydney, you can stay within the building and have your fun locally. The apartment building features a large heated pool and gym. Swim some laps and workout to burn off those calories from Sydney’s delicious food! If that’s not your thing, there’s also a sauna. Just don’t forget your towel!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Turrella is a perfect spot in Sydney due to its prime location and the abundance of public transport. You're just 10 minutes from the airport and short distance from all public transport that will connect you to the rest of Sydney. The area is very quiet and filled with beautiful and friendly people. Make the most of its location and take advantage of your access to the best restaurants and cafes in Australia!
Getting Around:
You'll have access to the carpark so driving is one way to explore Sydney. You're also a 10 minute drive from the airport so this may be extremely convenient if you're flying into Sydney. Otherwise, there is a lot of public transport surrounding the property. You'll be a 10 minute walk from both Arncliffe and Turrella Train Stations. Furthermore, there are regular bus services on Loftus Street.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
