Perfect Two Bedroom Home - 5 mins from Airport

Welcome to my beautiful home located in Mascot! The apartment has a large open plan design and has been styled by Sydney’s best home styling pros. The property sleeps six guests and has a fully equipped kitchen that can serve as your temporary sanctuary in Sydney.

You’ll be just a short drive from the airport and only a four minute walk from Mascot Station which will connect you to all of Sydney and the rest of NSW! Take advantage of it and gain access to Australia’s best restaurants and cafes.
The Space:
My home is newly furnished and features modern interior design that creates a welcoming and relaxing feeling. The property contains two spacious bedrooms, a fully outfitted kitchen, a functional dining area and a modern living room featuring a very comfortable sofa bed - trust me, it’s comfy.

The property is located in Mascot and is perfect for anybody travelling from overseas or interstate as you’ll be close to the airport. You’ll be a short walk from Mascot station which will not only connect you to the airport but the CBD and the rest of NSW. Alternatively, there are regular bus services that can be utilised.

Moving back inside, you’ll find a welcoming living room featuring a large sofa bed and stunning flat screen TV. It’s the perfect spot for you to just sit down and chill after a long flight or day of exploring the best of Australia. If you want to get some fresh air, there’s a large balcony to enjoy your coffee or your wonderful company.

The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher perfect for you to put on that Masterchef hat and cook up a storm. Dinnerware, glassware and cutlery is all provided and can be found in the kitchen cupboards and drawers. After creating that delicious plate of culinary perfection, you can enjoy it at the large dining table that seats four. If you don't want to cook, there are numerous take away and eat in restaurants and cafes surrounding the area. Or even better, catch the train into the CBD and eat the best food in the country!

The dining table can also double as your temporary workstation and you’ll have free and unlimited fast WIFI so make the most of it! If you don’t want to work, hook up your laptop and watch some Netflix, and chill.

Moving into the bedrooms, you’ll find a comfortable double beds fitted with high quality linen. Both rooms are spacious with the main bedroom featuring a walk in wardrobe that can fit all of your luggage and the clothes you might end up buying from the city. Don’t forget that the lounge in the living room is actually a sofa bed and perfect for the two extra guests.

The bathroom is newly fitted and features a sparkling clean bathtub for you to scrubadub. Toiletries including shampoo and conditioner are complimentary so don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your shower essentials!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is very quiet and relaxed and the perfect place to just chill after a long flight or a day exploring Sydney and the rest of NSW. Take advantage of the area and utilise its restaurants and cafes. Alternatively, use the public transport to connect with Sydney and try the best restaurants and cafes in the country!
Getting Around:
My home is just a 4 minute walk from Mascot Station and 5 minute drive from the airport! The property also features car parking so you'll be able to access all of NSW by either car or the regular train service. Alternatively, there are frequent bus services on all surround streets including Kent Road, Bourke Street and Gardeners Road.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
