Roomy Apartment - Close to Shops + Train + Parking

Welcome to my roomy home located in Chatswood close to Chatswood Train Station, malls and with private parking! The home features three generous bedrooms each with a double bed leading out onto a huge balcony. There are two bathrooms to keep all the guests happy. The kitchen is completely equipped with stainless steel appliances plus tea and coffee. The living room comes with a fourth bed for those extra two guests and enough room for you and your family/friends to chill.
The Space:
My large three bedroom home comes with two bathrooms, and is newly furnished with comfortable furniture to keep all eight guests happy. You’ll be within walking distance from Chatswood Station which has a direct train to the Sydney CBD and trains connecting you to the rest of NSW. Otherwise, just use your car to get around as you’ll have your own parking spot! Chatswood Westfield, a large shopping mall, is very close by and filled with boutique stores, restaurants, cafes and a supermarket to satisfy all your shopping needs.

Moving into the home you’ll find a recently furnished living room featuring a comfy couch and double bed. Take a seat on the couch and relax after a long day of exploring, shopping and/or eating!

The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster and microwave. Let my kitchen be your temporary Masterchef station so that you can cook up a storm. There’s enough cupboard space and a large fridge to store all your ingredients (or take away). Furthermore, tea and coffee are provided along with dinnerware, glassware and cutlery.

If you don’t want to cook, just remember you’re in good ole Chatswood! There are numerous restaurants and cafes near the Westfield including my favorite Korean BBQ in the state - the Bulgogi. Otherwise, the train station is surrounded a large number of restaurants and cafes due to a recently developed food court. It’s filled with restaurants such as Tim Ho Wan and beautiful cafe style restaurants such as Chocpot! Definitely give this spot a visit.

Once you’ve got your food, you can enjoy it on the spacious dinner table or even duck out onto the massive balcony that features a large outdoor seating area - perfect for some fresh air! If you need to do some work, we provide unlimited and fast WIFI. Use the dining table as your temporary work station and keep the boss happy! While you’re at it, sneak in some Netflix, and chill.

After a long day, you can retire in any of the three bedrooms. Each room features a comfortable double bed fitted with high quality linen. It doesn’t just look good, it feels good! Just remember that there’s also a fourth double bed located just outside the living room area. This one has to be my favorite only because it has a view of the TV! The bedrooms are all spacious and have more than enough room for all your luggage and any clothes you might end up buying.

My home comes with two sparkling clean bathrooms with brand new fittings. One bathroom features a bathtub shower whilst the other a spacious shower. Toiletries are provided so don’t stress out if you’ve forgotten your shampoo or conditioner - I’ve got you covered. Same goes for the toilet paper!

Lastly, you’ll have your own laundry with both a washing machine and dryer making this place perfect for any longer stays. Again, I’ve provided the detergent for you so that you can get those clothes smelling great!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is populated by friendly people and is very quiet. You're within 10 minutes of Chatswood Westfield which is a gigantic shopping centre filled with designer brands, boutique stores, a large food court, cafes, restaurants and a super market. At the train station, which is a 7 minute walk away, there is also a Woolworths and numerous restaurants and cafes. A lot of money was invested into the area over the past few years so it's definitely a great area!
