Positioned in the heart of Sydney, my newly furnished boutique apartment is surrounded by an abundance of public transport and Sydney’s famous Paddy’s Markets and Market City. Sleeping four and with beautiful view of Sydney from the comfort of your living room, my home will be the perfect accommodation for your stay in Sydney.

My apartment is just a short walk from Central Station which will give you access to all parts of Sydney and the rest of the state!
The Space:
My stylish and humble abode features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed and flat screen TV. The spot is a perfect sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of Sydney and a perfect place to just sit down and relax after a full day of eating and shopping - you deserve it.

Moving into the kitchen you’ll find that it has been outfitted with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher so that you don’t have to get your hands dirty. Don’t worry, I’ve provided the detergent! My kitchen rules and is ready for you to be a Masterchef. Dinnerware, glassware and cutlery is all provided and can be found in the cupboards and drawers. I’ve also left some tea and coffee to help kick start your mornings!

Once you’ve cooked up a storm, you can enjoy your meal at the dining table that seats four. The table can also double as your temporary workstation if you’ve got to do any work. I’ve provided fast and unlimited WIFI so make the most of it! Sneak some Netflix in while you’re at it, and chill.

If cooking isn’t your thing, don’t worry! There’s a myriad of restaurants and cafes surrounding the property all serving some of the best food in the country. Catch the train from Central to Barangaroo (Wynyard Station) and land yourself in Sydney’s newest business district filled with the top fine-dining in the state. In all honesty though, it doesn’t matter where you go, you’re gonna find some great food. You can use ubereats or deliveroo to even have it delivered to your front door!

After a long day, retire in the my queen size memory foam bed with Tempur contour pillows. This is the best bed in town and is fitted with high quality linen that doesn’t only look great but feels great! The room has a sliding wardrobe for you to store any luggage and clothing plus you’ll have direct access to the balcony - perfect for getting some fresh air and enjoying a coffee with your company. Also, don’t forget that the lounge in the living room is a comfortable sofa bed and can sleep two more guests!

Moving into the bathroom you’ll find a newly fitted and sparkling bathroom. There’s a large shower big enough for two ready for you to scrubadub. There’s also a hair dryer to help speed up that drying process. Don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your shampoo and conditioner as I’ve provided some for you!

Lastly, you’ll have your own private laundry with both a washing machine and dryer, and all the necessary detergent. This makes my home perfect for any longer stays in Sydney.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to the front door, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My apartment is just a short walk from Central Station which will give you access to all parts of Sydney and the rest of the state! Nearby you’ll be surrounded by Sydney’s best restaurants and boutique stores - take advantage of it! Market City and Paddy's Market are right on your doorstep with World Square and China Town being very close by.
Getting Around:
My apartment is just a 10 minute walk from Central station which will connect you with the entire state! You can even catch a train to Canberra from there. You're also surrounded by an abundance of public transport including regular bus services and light rail (trams).
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
