HUGE entire house perfect for large families travelling to Sydney and wanting to experience suburban Sydney living. Enjoy splashing around in your very own private swimming pool, and all homely comforts you would expect from a full-sized Australian home.
The Space:
My home is a large five-bedroom freestanding house located in Toongabbie, a suburb of Sydney in the Greater Western Sydney region.

Standout features include the private swimming pool, alfresco entertaining area featuring a BBQ and recently renovated bathrooms inside the home.

The pool is available for use all year round and all guests are welcome to make use of the outdoor alfresco dining room which looks over my private courtyard. A BBQ is available for use at no additional cost.

The kitchen is complete with everything you need to live like a local while in Sydney. Stainless steel appliances, including a family-sized refrigerator and dishwasher, ensure all guests can be catered for.

Downstairs, the living room centres around a shag-pile rug, which bridges the large HD television and the comfy white lounge. Optus TV (cable) is included and can be accessed using the remote provided.

All three bathrooms have been recently renovated to provide you with the best possible living experience. A salon hair dryer can be found under the sink and toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentarily.

There are six bedrooms, including a:
1) King sized master bedroom with you very own private balcony and dining table overlooking the pool and backyard below
2) Pool view queen bedroom downstairs with an ensuite bathroom and large wall-mounted TV
3) Upstairs double bedroom with pool view
4) Downstairs double bedroom with pool views
5) Upstairs double bed room
6) Single bed room with workstation

Built-in wardrobes can be used to store your luggage. High quality 500 thread-count linen is provided for all beds.

Additional guests are welcome to make use of the sofa bed to sleep on.

A separate internal laundry room features a washing machine and ironing facilities.

There is secure on-site parking provided for guests.

My home is very suitable for families, it is a large house with a nice front garden and spacious backyard.

My apartment has reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout my home.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My apartment is just 4 minutes away from the Toongabbie Train Station.

It’s enviably positioned near the Toongabbie Creek waterfront and surrounded by parkland.

It is just a 30 minute drive from the Sydney CBD, allowing you to call Toongabbie home while exploring everything that Sydney has to offer.
Getting Around:
Driving is easy, with free secure parking located on-site..

Access to the city is via the M2 Motorway, just a 30 minute drive to the Sydney CBD.

Both a Coles and Woolworths supermarket are nearby within a 5 minute drive away.

The Sydney Airport is a 35 minute Uber/Taxi ride away.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
