My stunning home sleeps six and has been styled by Sydney’s best home styling professionals. You’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport and free street parking - perfect for easy access to Sydney and the beaches!
The Space:
Experience Sydney from one of Sydney’s most transport friendly places. My stunner of an apartment sleeps six fabulous guests and is a short drive from Coogee Beach, the University of NSW, numerous hospitals, Randwick Racecourse, the CBD and sport stadiums including Allianz Stadium and the Sydney Cricket Ground.

Located in a near-new apartment block, this is a professional Eastern Suburbs apartment that fits perfectly with the patchwork of university students, center-city commuters, and local bakers and butchers that call Randwick home. With its large balcony connected to the modern living room, my home can be your temporary sanctuary.

Each bedroom of the apartment is fitted with comfortable double beds prepared with high quality linen ready for your arrival. The lamps next to each bed gives you a chance to relax in your own domain before falling off to sleep. Spare linen and pillows have been provided. The living room is also fitted with a comfortable sofa bed ready for those daytime naps or TV in bed.

As you can tell from the pictures, the property is an open plan style with a living room connecting you to a balcony exceeding your needs and expectations!

Features include an open plan studio style living room and bedroom, with a separate bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen and dining bar - perfect for some coffee or a few, or more, drinks!

The living room features a high-definition television and a comfy three-seater lounge. Featuring contemporary furnishings, you’ll feel right at home and easily able to enjoy your own private entertaining area.

This oasis is great for both home cooked meals prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen or for take-away food from any of the many restaurants located in Randwick - including from the popular ‘The Spot’. Like a little village within a village, "The Spot" fills with people in repose at patio tables, bar tops, and plaza benches and also offers a range of take-away options - please give it a go!

Enjoy your food at the dining table that seats four or pop outside for some fresh air. If you’re here on work, the dining table can double as your temporary workstation. Make use of the free unlimited super fast broadband wifi available throughout my home to work on the go - or to keep your friends at home jealous of the fun you’re having in Sydney!

Fresh towels can be found in the bathroom. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentary. A hairdryer can also be found in the bathroom. You’ll also find your own washing machine and dryer in the laundry also, perfect for those long stays. An ironing board and iron are provided for your convenience too.

Outside you’ll find a private balcony to enjoy the leafy surrounds in this eastern-suburbs spot, including an outdoor seating area for four. The balcony is connected to the living room via large floor to ceiling glass doors creating a feeling of relaxation and tranquility.

There is also free parking available on adjacent seats.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Randwick, you'll have access to some of Sydney's best restaurants and cafes. On top of that, you'll be in between both Coogee beach and the Sydney CBD. Coogee is just a 5 minute drive from my home and place like Centennial Park make perfect day walks!

Prince of Wales Hospital is just a few minute walk away from my home just in case something does wrong. There's also a Woolworths (a large supermarket) just 5 mins away in terms of walking which is perfect for grocery shopping.
