Welcome to my modern two bedroom apartment located in the beautiful Bowen Hills. Let my property serve as your temporary sanctuary as you explore all the beauty Brisbane and the rest of Queensland have on offer. My apartment is fully furnished and ready for you and your guests to have a great holiday.

The property is located a short walk from Exhibition Station and there are also regular busses that will take you where you need to go. The property comes with parking so make the best of it!
The Space:
My apartment is a real gem with 5 star hotel pleasures for a decent price. The property contains a swimming pool and is surrounded by delicious restaurants and malls.

My apartment is conveniently on the doorstep of Brisbane Showgrounds and Chinatown! You'll be able to watch the EKKA shows straight from the balcony without having to pay money for the tickets! Brisbane Chinatown is a few minutes walk away and you'll have easy access to supermarkets such as Woolworths, IGA, ALDI and the cinemas.

The property is located just 7 minutes of walk from Fortitude Valley (Chinatown), Bowen Hills and Exhibition Station. There are also regular busses that will take you where you need to go. The property even comes with parking so make the best of it. It is just 16 minutes of drive from Brisbane airport!

The property’s open plan design utilise white space and modern furniture design to create a tranquil sanctuary for you and your fellow guests. After a long day in Brisbane or the Gold Coast, settle down on the cosy sofa bed or retire in one of the three beds, you deserve it.

The newly fitted kitchen features stainless steel appliances ready for your culinary creations and a large fridge and numerous cupboards to store all your ingredients. Kitchenware, dishes and cutlery are all provided and ready for you to use! Just don’t forget to wash them once you’ve checked out.

Once you’ve cooked up some delicious food, you can enjoy it at the dining table or kitchen island. The TV is within viewing distance so you can enjoy Aussie TV whilst eating. Alternatively, you can pop outside onto your private balcony and eat there or have your coffee, and chill. If cooking isn’t your thing, Bowen Hills, Fortitude Valley or even downstairs have access to Brisbane’s best restaurants and cafes. You can also order takeaway and enjoy the food in the comfort of your living room.

If you need to do some work, the dining table can double as a temporary workstation. Otherwise you can just use the provided desk. Take advantage of the unlimited fast WIFI while you’re at it!

The two stunning bedrooms are fitted with one double bed and two single beds respectively, enough space for you to put any luggage and clothes you may have. The lounge in the living room is a sofa bed so you can sleep there too or just chill and enjoy the TV. Trust me it’s very comfortable.

The property also features a sparkling clean bathroom. The fittings are all new and each bathroom contains a shower. Toiletries including shampoo and conditioner are all provided with compliments so don’t freak out if you’ve forgotten your own. On top of that, you’ll have your own washing machine and dryer for any laundry you may need to do. Again, I’ve provided the detergent for you!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.

Situated in Bowen Hills, my apartment provides direct and convenient access to all parts of the Brisbane. You’ll find yourself with easy access to the airport and be only a 10 minute walk from Exhibition Station.
