Welcome to my newly furnished Docklands property located in the heart of Melbourne. Located on the 13th floor and with views of the Yarra River, my chic apartment comes with access to a pool, gym and sauna making it the perfect sanctuary for you stay away from home. You'll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport with numerous tram stops on your doorstep Southern Cross station just a short walk away.
The Space:
My home’s property utilises an open plan design, white space and modern furniture to create a tranquil sanctuary for you and your fellow guests. After a long day exploring Melbourne, settle down on the comfortable sofa bed or retire in the spacious bedroom’s double bed, you deserve it.

Docklands is a popular tourist attraction and for good reason. You’ll be graced with a beautiful view of Melbourne from your 13th floor balcony whilst being surrounded from an abundance of public transport giving you easy access to the rest of the city. Collins Street is filled with numerous tram stops that will connect you with the rest of Melbourne. Alternatively, you can walk for 10 minutes and land yourself at Melbourne’s largest train station, Southern Cross station, and connect to the rest of Victoria.

My home features a newly fitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances ready for you to become your own Masterchef. The large fridge, numerous cupboards and drawers can store all your ingredients and the already supplied kitchenware, dishes and cutlery. Tea and coffee has been provided complimentary perfect for spicing up and kick starting those early mornings!

Once you’ve cooked up a storm, you can enjoy your meal at the dining table that fits four. The TV is within viewing distances so you can enjoy some Aussie TV whilst eating. If you don’t want to cook, don’t worry - you’re in Melbourne after all. It’s Australia’s food capital and you’ll be surrounded by the best restaurants and cafes on offer.

If you need to do some work, the dining table can double as a temporary workstation. Otherwise you can use the shared office/desk space located in the building. Take advantage of the unlimited fast WIFI and sneak some Netflix in there while you’re at it.

The bedroom is fitted with a double bed and 500 thread count quality linen. There is enough wardrobe space and to store all your luggage, clothes and shopping from the local DFO. The sofa in the living room is a double sofa bed so you can sleep two guests there too or just chill and enjoy the TV.

The property also features a newly fitted bathroom with a large shower. Toiletries including shampoo and conditioner are all provided with compliments.

If you decide not to go out and just want to have your fun locally, the apartment building features a large heated indoor pool and gym. Swim some laps and work off all those calories from Melbourne’s delicious food! If you want to take it slow, there’s also a small library within the building that also contains small desks for you to get some work done.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Convenience is optimum in Docklands, being a short walk to the Yarra and Etihad Stadium, where you can enjoy amazing pop concerts and international superstars.
Further along in Collins Street, there are a great selection of brunch, lunch and dinner locations that I love visiting with my friends including specialty coffee brewers, world class restaurants such as Chin Chin and Longrain. Have fun exploring this great area, where there’s something new around the corner.
Your nearest supermarket is Woolworths Victoria Harbour, which is just a 30 second walk from my apartment where you can also find a bakery, wine shop and other assorted stores to make your visit that much easier.
Getting Around:
Accessing all of Melbourne’s top tourist destinations can be easily done on foot from my apartment - it is in such a central location. You can walk along the Yarra River to all restaurants and bars, and you can also stroll through the CBD to Federation Square and Flinder Street Station.
Trams are another great way to get around when in the area, with the Victoria Harbour D
