Embellished with state of the art design, my home will take your breath away. Nestled in the exclusive Docklands precinct, my oversized apartment has two large bedrooms, a complete bathroom, open plan living and dining, and could not be in a better position in the heart of Melbourne with direct access to the CBD.
The Space:
A pure statement in contemporary space and design, my apartment presents itself as the ultimate retreat that is situated in the heart of Melbourne’s exclusive Docklands precinct - home to the city’s first class restaurants, concert venues, sporting stadiums and nightlife scenes.

With dazzling light streaming through into the living space and open plan kitchen-dining areas from the Yarra River below, prepare to enjoy your afternoons whether inside on the couch admiring the city views or enjoying a few quiet drinks with friends on the balcony as the sun goes down. The views from up here are simply amazing as you look out over the beautiful Melbourne CBD in all its glory.

Upon entry into my apartment, you’ll find a generously-sized designer kitchen with European finishes and premium functionality. With stainless appliances, as well as a brand new oven and stove up, it is perfect for guests who want to cook up a delicious meal. Here’s to some friendly Masterchef competition!

Beyond the kitchen, you can enjoy sweeping city views of the Yarra River precinct and the CBD from a generous Scandinavian inspired dining table setting for up to six guests comfortably, complete with all crockery. When the morning sun glints through the double glazed windows, I always enjoy starting the morning around this table. The dining table also serves as a functional office space when working.

My chic lounge room includes a huge flat screen TV and plush linen sofa bed - perfect for kicking back after a full day of exploring.

Heading into the bedrooms, you’ll find hotel quality linen, bedspreads and pillows in both rooms on the double size beds. The bedrooms feature large sliding wardrobes with full length mirrors, providing plenty of storage for travellers and their suitcases.
My home comes complete with an ultra-modern shower.

With a stylish design and a walk-in shower featuring a luxurious rainfall showerhead, the bathroom will service all your needs. The double sink bathroom, services all guests, and also features a huge bathtub that will keep you feeling relaxed throughout your stay.

The adjoining laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron so you can be looking your best whilst in Melbourne! I’ve provided guests with quality shampoos, conditioners and extra fluffy towels.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in Dockland, my apartment provides direct and convenient access to all parts of Melborune. You’ll find yourself with easy access to the entire city thanks to the trams on Collins Street. Additionally, you'll be a 10 minute walk from Souther Cross station; the central station of Melbourne.

Docklands is a popular tourist destination due to its modern styling and the large number of restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. Additionally, you'll be close to the Direct Factory Outlet (DFO) so perfect for any shopping you might have!
Getting Around:
Collins Street has numerous tram stops that will connect with you with all of Melbourne - there's a tram stop on your door step. Additionally, Southern Cross Station is just a 10 minute walk from the property and will connect you with all of Victoria.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
