North Bondi Apartment + Close to Bondi Beach

Located just a 10 minute walk from the world famous Bondi Beach, my luxury two-bedroom home is perfectly situated for deluxe summer living. You can smell the salt water from the house and feel the Bondi atmosphere around you.


My modern designer home allows you to live in luxury while visiting Sydney, featuring integrated air-conditioning, a full-size kitchen with more appliances than you need, a modern bathroom and private laundry.
The Space:
Welcome to my beautiful North Bondi home! My beautiful apartment is a short walk from Australia’s famous Bondi Beach and numerous restaurants and cafes ready to quench your thirst and feed you the best food in the country.


My property utilises an open space design and features a living area with a comfortable sofa doubling as a single bed. Sit back and relax after a long day of exploring the Eastern Suburbs and Sydney.


Featuring a complete set of stainless steel appliances and a large fridge, the kitchen is packed with everything you need for Michelin quality dining and for you to become your own Masterchef. The kitchen has a dishwasher so you won’t have to spend time doing dishes while on holiday in Australia.


The kitchen flows through to the dining table which comfortably seats all guests. If you’re here on work, the dining table can double as a temporary workstation thanks to the free and fast unlimited WIFI.


Each bedroom features double beds extra support for a sound nights sleep. All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels for all guests. Both bedrooms come with sliding wardrobes perfect for storing any of your luggage plus Sydney shopping!


The bathroom is home to a bathtub ready for you to scrub-a-dub. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided with compliments. The salon hair dryer is kept under the sink.


You’ll will also find a separate internal laundry, including washer, dryer and ironing facilities making it perfect for longer stays and packing light.


If you decide to travel by car, there is street parking for your car. The driveway sometimes has a free spot but I wouldn’t count on it.


My place is an exquisite house and was built with families and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.


The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Bondi Beach is world famous and needs no introduction. It is fully patrolled by lifeguards (just remember to swim in between the yellow & red flags). The north end of the beach is perfect for babies in the seawater pool. Additionally, it's great for kids in the sea and the best for beginners to learn how to surf.

The Sydney CBD is 20min by car. Bondi Junction Westfield is 10min by car.
Getting Around:
Public transport is very easy. There are numerous bus stops around Bondi Beach taking you to Watsons Bay, Bondi Junction, further south to Coogee or directly to the city. Trains taking you to all corners of Sydney run from Bondi Junction, so you will need to take a bus to connect to the train-line.

There is also a taxi just a short stroll from the front door.

You could also walk around, with Rose Bay being 20mins away, Bondi Junction being 20mins also or Bronte Beach a pleasant 25mins via the famous Bondi to Bronte walk.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
