Boutique Apartment + 10mins from CBD + Parking

Welcome to my designer Lane Cove home fully equipped with beds for four, a generous kitchen, private laundry facilities, and best of all, a view of Sydney! My apartment has been recently styled by some of Sydney’s best stylists with aesthetics, practicality and comfort in mind.

My wonderful home comes with private parking and is around a 10 minute drive from the Sydney CBD! You’ll also be surrounded by some of Sydney’s best restaurants and cafes.
The Space:
The property utilises white space and modern interior design to create a relaxed and peaceful feeling separated from the hustle and bustle of Australia’s busiest, and best, city. Take a lie down on the comfortable sofa or even more comfortable bed after a long day of working or exploring, whatever floats your boat.

Due to its perfect location, you’ll have easy access to some of Sydney’s best restaurants and cafes. You’ll be just a 10 minute drive from the city and be surrounded by an abundance of public transport allowing you to be easily connect to Sydney and the rest of NSW.

You'll have a clear view of Sydney from the rooftop balcony making this one of the best spots to stay to watch the New Year's fireworks! Don't worry about lining up and the big crowds and simply watch it all from the comfort of your home.

If you don’t want to make the most of Sydney’s best restaurants and cafes, I’ve got you covered. Put your chef’s hat on and use my fully equipped kitchen to cook up a storm. Both coffee and tea have been provided with compliments so that you can kickstart your mornings and stay energised throughout the day. Dinnerware, glassware and cutlery is all provided! Also, don’t worry about hand washing - there’s a dishwasher there to solve your dirty dishes problem. From there, you can enjoy your cooking at the large dining table or eat out on the balcony for some fresh air!

If you decide to stay in, you can settle down on the comfortable couch and enjoy the TV. There’s also free WIFI so you can simply use your laptop and watch some Netflix, and chill.

The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed with a lot of space for any luggage you might have. High quality linen is provided. You’ll also have direct access from the bedroom to the balcony. Otherwise, a large sofa bed is in the other room and believe me, it’s very comfortable. Additionally, the property comes with access to the rooftop which has a clear view of the Sydney CBD!

The property also features one generous bathroom with both a step-in shower. Toiletries, including shampoo and condition, are provided with compliments. In the laundry, there is both a washing machine and dryer plus the necessary detergent. If you’re hear for work and need to iron your clothes, both an iron and ironing board are provided.


If you need to work, there’s free WIFI and the large dining table can double as a temporary work desk. The home also has air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and heating to keep you warm in our not-so-cold Aussie winters.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Lane Cove is renowned for its lush greenery and easy access to Sydney’s CBD. You’ll be a short 10 minute drive from Chatswood which contains Westfield, a large shopping center filled with supermarkets and designer stores ready to take your money and make you happy! The CBD is also a quick and easy 10 minute drive making tourist destinations easy to access. Within Lane Cove you will find many restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets all ready to keep your belly full.
Getting Around:
My property comes with private parking making getting around by car a cinch. You’ll be a short drive from the city and have easy access to the surrounding suburbs by car thanks to the Pacific Highway. Alternatively, you’ll find numerous bus services on adjacent streets that will take you where you need to go.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
