Located in Brisbane’s newest residential development, you’ll be able to enjoy a boutique designer apartment recently outfitted by Brisbane’s best home stylists.

With designer interiors and stylish functionality, you can enjoy the city’s best galleries, restaurants and shopping boutiques within walking distance. My apartment features one chic bedroom, one bathroom, private laundry facilities and open plan luxurious living and secure parking.
The Space:
A pure statement in contemporary luxury and design, my apartment presents itself as the ultimate retreat situated in the heart of Brisbane’s - home to the city’s first class restaurants, bars and shopping boutiques. With views of the Brisbane skyline from my apartment, you’ll never tire of relaxing in comfort.

Entering my home, you’ll love the compact chef’s kitchen with splashback and premium functionality. Featuring stainless steel appliances, as well as a brand new oven and stove up, it is perfect for guests to whip up quick and delicious meals.
Beyond the kitchen, you’ll find a large dining table seating up to 4 guests generously. I will provide full crockery and dining facilities to ensure you can keep yourselves entertained in style throughout your time away in Brisbane. The table serves as functional desk space for the travelling professional as well.

Moving into the chic living room, guests can enjoy Scandinavian-inspired spaces with a plush sofa seating guests, as well as a large flat screen LG TV. From the sofa, you can enjoy sweeping views of the skyline in a fabulously flight setting.

Heading into the bedroom, you’ll find hotel quality linen, bedspreads and pillows on the double beds.
The bedroom also features a large sliding wardrobe with full length mirrors, storage, as well as windows that keep each room feeling airy and spacious. The sofa in the living room also converts into a two-person sofa bed, which fits 2 guests comfortably. Extra towels, linen and pillows are provided upon request.

With a walk-in shower, main bathroom will service all your needs. The bathroom includes quality shampoos, conditioners and extra fluffy towels for all my guests. Next to the bathroom, you also have access to a large washing and drying machine, ironing board and iron.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
You’ll be located in the heart of Brisbane with access to world-class dining, bars and shopping all a short walk from my home. Home to some of Brisbane’s best boutiques, Brisbane City is a hive of local, independent stores filled with unique finds. Daytime strolls along the river will allow you to soak up the Australian sun with great cafes always nearby for a quick break.

Nearby my apartment, are many supermarkets that can be accessed on foot as well, including Coles and Woolworths.
Getting Around:
Accessing all of Brisbane’s top tourist destinations can be easily done on foot from my apartment - it is in such a central location. You can walk to all of Brisbane’s most famous restaurants and bars, and you can also easily access the City Botanic Gardens.
You’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport including frequent bus services on adjacent streets and just a 15 minute walk from Central Station.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
