Stylish Home - 3 Minutes from Airport + Parking

Welcome to my boutique Mascot apartment just a 3 minute drive from the airport! Its prime location is also within a two minute walk of Mascot Station which will connect you with all of Sydney and the outer suburbs. My home also comes with parking making it ideal.

The property has been recently furnished by Sydney’s best home stylists and comfortably sleeps six wonderful guests. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen ready for you to outcook Sydney’s best chefs and your own private laundry.
The Space:
My stunning two bedroom apartment comes equipped with two very comfortable double beds and a double sofa bed sleeping six guests total. The spacious living room comes features a large sofa and flat screen TV ready for you to just sit back and relax. You’ll also have access to your own sunny balcony ready for you and those morning coffees!

Moving into the kitchen you will find a fully equipped kitchen fitted with stainless steel appliances. The oven and stove are ready for your culinary creations and the large fridge ready to store all those top quality ingredients (or leftovers from take-away). Dinnerware, glassware and cutlery have all been provided and can be found in the kitchen. Don’t worry about handwashing - there’s also a working dishwasher and the necessary detergent waiting to get those dishes sparkly clean! Nobody likes to handwash on holiday.

Tea and coffee has been provided but if you need those masterchef ingredients, there’s a Woolworths just a 5 minute walk away on Church Avenue. For those who don’t know, Woolworths (aka Woolies) is a large supermarket that stocks all the food you could possibly need to create your perfect meal. Otherwise, just remember you’re in Sydney after all! Simply catch the train into the CBD or go for a short drive and enjoy Australia’s best restaurants and cafes!

Once you’ve got your food feel free to enjoy it at the timber dining table that seats six or the alfresco dining area on your private balcony. Both tables and the breakfast counter can double as temporary workstations if you need to get some work done. You’ll have access to fast and unlimited WIFI ready to get you going.

After a long flight or a day of exploring Sydney, retire in one of the two comfortable double beds or double sofa bed located in the living room. The beds are fitted with high quality linen ready to help you get a good night’s sleep or a simple nap, I won’t judge. Linen for the restful sofa bed is also provided.

The property also comes with two newly fitted bathrooms containing a large shower and bathtub shower respectively. If you’ve forgotten your shampoo and conditioner don’t freak out - I’ve got you covered! I’ve provided complimentary toiletries including shampoo and conditioner so you can scrubadubdub.

If you’re staying for a long period, you’ll please to know that you’ll have your own laundry. There’s a washing machine and dryer ready to go along with an iron. I’ve provided the detergent so you can start cleaning straight away.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
You'll be situated in the beautiful network and be surrounded by an abundance of public transport, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. This quiet area is under a 5 minute drive from the Airport and you'll have very easy access to Sydney's CBD.
Getting Around:
The property comes with parking which makes exploring Sydney and the outer areas quite easy! Otherwise, Mascot station is just up the road. It's a 2 minute walk and will connect you directly to the airport and Sydney's CBD. Alternatively, there are numerous bus services on adjacent streets that will allow you to get wherever you need to go!
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
