You’ll have access to the entire place which comfortably sleeps eight guests, and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a private laundry and an alfresco dining area.
The Space:
The prime location of my three bedroom home is enhanced by the harmonious blend of elegant architecture and graceful interior design whilst being minutes from the Nerang River and Australia’s world famous beaches. The three bedroom residence utilises an open plan design to create a seamless flow between internal spaces and feeling of relaxation.

The interplay between the interior and exterior of my home underlines a feeling of openness and sanctuary. Natural light, sumptuous textures and refined finishes create an interior of functional sophistication. Let my home be your temporary sanctuary.

The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa doubling as a sofa bed for an additional two guests. You’ll be able to chill out watching your favourite shows on the large flatscreen TV whilst still having direct access to the oversized balcony.
My stylish gourmet kitchen features stone bench tops, high-gloss cabinetry and European stainless steel appliances, and flows seamlessly into the dining area, living room and then alfresco dining area on the balcony.

A dining table designed to sit 6 comfortably is ready for you to enjoy your culinary creations or any take away you’ve sourced from some of Southport’s best restaurants and cafes. My home features three spacious bedrooms fitted with comfortable double beds. All beds have hotel quality mattresses with extra support for a sound nights sleep. All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels for all guests. The rooms also contain enough space for you to store your luggage and any shopping you may have obtained from the nearby shopping outlets.

The property features two bathrooms each with spacious showers ready for you to scrubadub. Toiletries including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided with compliments.

You’ll also have access to your own private laundry featuring a washer and dryer - making the property perfect for longer stays. Detergent has been provided with compliments.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in the Gold Coast for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
You'll be situated in the quiet and peaceful residential area of Southport. You'll be minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and fast food chains. Additionally, a short drive will take you to the famous Aussie beaches
Getting Around:
Although the property does not come with private parking, there is parking available on the street and adjacent streets. Just get in early! If you're not driving, there are frequent bus services on Queen St that will take you where you need to go.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
