Beachfront Two Bedrooms, just 5 mins from Airport!

Welcome to my designer Gold Coast home fully equipped with beds for six, a generous kitchen, private laundry facilities, and best of all, easy access to a quiet beach. You’ll able to take in the fresh ocean air from your balcony! My apartment has been recently styled by some of Queensland's best stylists with aesthetics, practicality and comfort in mind. My property is also a 3 minute drive from Gold Coast airport making it perfect for travellers!
The Space:
The property is part of an ultra modern boutique security building of only 18 apartments, less than 50 metres from the beach. The property utilises white space and modern interior design to create a relaxed and peaceful feeling. Take a lie down on the comfortable sofa or even more comfortable bed after a long day of working or exploring, whatever floats your boat.

Due to its perfect location, you’ll be a 1 minute walk from an essentially private beach. It’s not packed with tourists like most of the Gold Coast’s beaches so you can go relax whilst taking a stroll on the beach, or swim and surf at the famous surf break “South Kirra”. Alternatively, you can just sit and enjoy one of the most pristine white sand beaches on the Gold Coast.

There are great restaurants and cafes just moments away or you if you prefer to eat in you can decide to make a meal at home with full kitchen facilities including a microwave, gas stove, oven, dishwasher & fridge. Dinnerware, glassware and cutlery is all provided! This makes my home perfect for easy entertaining thanks to the North East facing terrace balcony. Both coffee and tea have been provided with compliments so that you can kickstart your mornings and stay energised throughout the day. From there, you can enjoy your cooking at the large dining table, large stone breakfast bar bench top or eat out on the balcony for some fresh air!

If you decide to stay in, you can settle down on the comfortable couch and enjoy the TV. There’s also free WIFI so you can simply use your laptop and watch whatever you want!

Each bedroom features a comfortable double bed with a lot of space for any luggage you might have. High quality linen is provided. You’ll also have direct access from the main bedroom to the balcony. Otherwise, a large sofa bed is in the other room and believe me, it’s very comfortable.

The property features two generous sized ensuite bathrooms both providing complimentary toiletries including shampoo and conditioner. In the laundry, a washing machine, dryer and iron have been provided plus the necessary detergent.

Free WIFI is provided for either business or social purposes, or to simply catch-up on the latest movies. The large dining table can double as a temporary work desk. The home also has air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and heating to keep you warm in our not-so-cold Aussie winters.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home during your stay. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in the Gold Coast and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Southport is renowned for it being the peaceful side of the Gold Coast - separate from the hustle and bustle caused by all tourists. You’ll have access to numerous restaurants and cafes to keep your cravings and thirst in check. The best thing about this location is that you’re under a 5 minute drive from the Gold Coast airport making travelling a cinch.
Getting Around:
Although the property doesn’t come with private parking, there is free parking available on the street. If you don’t wish to drive, there are bus services on adjacent streets that will connect you with the remainder of the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
