Welcome to my boutique designer apartment in Docklands - a short walk from the Melbourne CBD and located on the 31st floor this is where memories are made. The property comfortably sleeps two guests, comes with a fully equipped kitchen, and reverse cycle aircon and heating. Due to its prime location, you’ll have a tram service on your doorstep that will connect you with all of Melbourne and the surrounding suburbs. Add in the fact this comes with a view and it doesn’t get much better than this!
The Space:
My boutique designer apartment has been recently styled by Melbourne’s best home stylists with both aesthetics and practicality in mind. The living room features a comfortable sofa with a view of the Yarra River and Waterfront City area. There’s also a large flatscreen LCD TV ready to keep you entertained - perfect for relaxing after a long day of eating and exploring Melbourne.

Moving into the kitchen you’ll find that it is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances ready for you to become your own masterchef and cook up some food that competes with Melbourne’s best restaurants. Dinnerware, glassware and cutlery has all been provided with compliments. In addition to this I’ve provided some tea and coffee to help kickstart your mornings! There’s also a dishwasher with the necessary detergent so you won’t need to worry about handwashing on your holiday!

If cooking isn’t your thing, just remember you’re in Melbourne after all! Melbourne is Australia’s food capital and features the best restaurants and cafes in the country. Catch the tram and head into central Melbourne and start eating. Otherwise, you’re a very short walk from Southern Cross Station - Melbourne’s largest train station which will connect you with all of Melbourne and the surrounding areas. You can also order UberEats and have the food delivered to you.

Once you’ve got your food, enjoy it at the dining table that seats four. The dining table can also double as a temporary workstation thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI available.

After a long day, retire in the spacious bedroom featuring a double bed that sleeps two. There is more than enough space to store any luggage and shopping you may have. The floor to ceiling windows will give you clear views of the Yarra River and surrounding area - perfect for watching the fireworks and enjoying sunrise/sunset. Clean and fresh hotel quality 500 thread count linen has been provided.

The bathroom has been recently fitted and comes with complimentary shampoo, soap and conditioner. Additionally soft cotton towels have been provided. The bathroom features a spacious walk in shower fit for a king and ready for you to scrubadub.

If you’re here on a longer trip, you’ll be happy to know that you’ll have your own private laundry featuring a washer and dryer.

If you decide that you don’t want to go out and explore Melbourne, you’ll be happy to know that you have access to a large indoor heated pool and gym to work off those Melbourne calories.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Convenience is optimum in Docklands, being a short walk to the Yarra and Etihad Stadium, where you can enjoy amazing pop concerts and international superstars.
Further along in Collins Street, there are a great selection of brunch, lunch and dinner locations that I love visiting with my friends including specialty coffee brewers, world class restaurants such as Chin Chin and Longrain. Have fun exploring this great area, where there’s something new around the corner.
Your nearest supermarket is Woolworths Victoria Harbour, which is just a 30 second walk from my apartment where you can also find a bakery, wine shop and other assorted stores to make your visit that much easier.
Getting Around:
Accessing all of Melbourne’s top tourist destinations can be easily done on foot from my apartment - it is in such a central location. You can walk along the Yarra River to all restaurants and bars, and you can also stroll through the CBD to Federation Square and Flinder Street Station.
