My apartment is located on Harbor Street, a brand new development. A short drive to Brisbane CBD and Brisbane Airport, my home offers a comfortable and relaxing experience for your stay with generous facilities, an amazing open design, and local shops and entertainment options.

The apartment comes with a large bedroom and generous bathroom. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed surrounded by floor to ceiling windows keeping the room well illuminated and with a view 24/7. The bed is fitted with hotel quality 500 thread count linen that both looks and feels good!

The spacious living room is fitted with a double sofa bed, LED TV, and airconditioning to help keep you relaxed and de-stressed just fine. You can eat, talk, read, study, watch, play, and even get your work done here. This leads onto the extra large outdoor entertainment area with an alfresco area to relax and soak up the beautiful Brisbane atmosphere. Simply everything.

The kitchen is featured with complete utensils and appliances including fridge, gas stove, oven to help your cooking done efficiently. Across that, you will find kitchen benchtop to make the after-cooking finished quickly and on top it there is toaster and kettle for you to make your breakfast coffee, tea and toast in the morning.

The new bathrooms is beautifully designed with wide mirror, a sparkling clean sink, spacious shower and efficient instantaneous hot water system. The amenities are complimentary prepared with towels, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

You will also find a separate internal laundry, including washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

My place is an exquisite unit and was built with both aesthetics and comfort in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Trendy Hamilton is booming with new restaurants, shops and amenities that keep the riverside pumping with things to do. It’s one of the closest suburbs to the Airport and is only minutes away from the city so convenience is unparallelled. Nearby Ascot is steeped in heritage with old grand homes, large blocks of land with city views and Brisbane’s historic racing club, whose first race was in 1865. When it’s racing season be sure to attend a race meet!

Additionally, you’ll be just a short drive (under 15 minutes) from Brisbane Airport making it one of Brisbane’s best suburbs!
Getting Around:
From the apartment, the whole of Brisbane is within easy reach, with the CBD less than 4km away. My place grants you doorstep access to ferries, and the flagship RiverWalk pedestrian and cycle network, which extends across much of the inner-city.
There are extensive bus services and you can enjoy the full benefits of Brisbane’s multibillion dollar investments in road infrastructure by using extensive tunnel networks to access all corners of the City, including Brisbane Airport (12 minutes). A short walk immerses you in the dynamic new urban communities at Northshore Hamilton and Newstead Riverpark. Attracting the whole City, these riverside destinations are the drivers of Brisbane’s exciting evolution.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
