Positioned in the heart of Melbourne, my fully furnished apartment is a short walk from Melbourne’s main attractions and public transport. Sleeping four guests with a large bathroom, my apartment is the perfect accommodation for you and your stay in Melbourne. The apartment is a short minute walk from Melbourne Central which will give you easy access to all parts of Melbourne and the rest of the state! Nearby you’ll be surrounded by Melbourne’s best restaurants.
The Space:
The property utilises white space and modern interior design to create a relaxed and peaceful feeling separated from the hustle and bustle of Australia’s best city. Take a lie down on the comfortable sofa or even more comfortable bed after a long day of working or exploring Melbourne’s best eateries, whatever floats your boat.

Due to its perfect location, you’ll have easy access to some of Melbourne’s best restaurants and cafes. If you want to eat in, I’ve got you covered. Put your chef’s hat on and use my fully equipped kitchen to cook up a storm. The kitchen also comes with complimentary coffee and tea ready to kickstart your morning and keep you energised throughout the day. Dinnerware, glassware and cutlery is all provided! From there, you can enjoy your cooking at the large dining table or eat out on the balcony for some fresh air!

If you decide to stay in, you can settle down on the comfortable couch and enjoy the TV. There’s also free WIFI so you can simply use your laptop and watch some Netflix, and chill.

The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed with a lot of space for any luggage you might have. High quality linen is provided. Otherwise, a large sofa bed is in the living room and believe me, it’s very comfortable.

The property also features one generous bathroom with both a step-in shower and bathtub. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided with compliments. In the laundry, there is a washing machine plus the necessary detergent. If you’re here for work and need to iron your clothes, both the iron and ironing board and provided.

I’ve got your covered with white and fluffy cotton towels so you can keep warm and dry.

If you need to work, there’s free WIFI and the large dining table can double as a temporary work desk. The home also has air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and heating to keep you warm in our not-so-cold Aussie winters.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
You'll be in the heart of Melbourne and located on Elizabeth Street. Aside from the abundance of public transport, you'll find delicious restaurants and cafes wherever you look. A 5 minute walk will take you to Queen Victoria Markets which is a must see tourist stop filled with delicious food and shopping stalls. Alternatively, you can also go for a short walk and get to Melbourne Central which is one of Melbourne's largest shopping centres. Go there and watch a movie, visit the heritage listed RM Williams shoe store or shop at the boutique stores.
Getting Around:
You'll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport including buses, trams and trains that will connect you with all of Melbourne. There are a number of tram stops on Elizabeth Street that will take you where you need to go and you're also a short walk from Melbourne Central that contains a large underground train station. Public transport is the best way to get around Melbourne and fortunately for you, it's just a few steps away.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
