Come one, come all to my brand new CBD property located in the heart of Melbourne. My designer property sleeps four guests and comes fully equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need! You’ll be located right on Elizabeth Street and have easy access to the entirety of Melbourne and all the cafes and restaurants thanks to the tram stop on your doorstep!
The Space:
My brand new designer home comes packed with all the amenities you need to make your stay in Melbourne memorable. After being recently styled by some of Melbourne’s best interior designers, you’ll able to relax in style whilst having access to the best food and coffee in the country!

Moving into the home you’ll find an air-conditioned living room and L shaped sofa facing a large flat screen TV all ready for you to sit down, and chill. Day or night, the room is perfect for lounging thanks to the large windows and warm white light and view of beautiful Melbourne. You’ll have access to the balcony from the living room which features a small dining area ready for you to enjoy a morning coffee, night time drink or your meal cooked up in the kitchen.

The property is perfect for people wanting a place to stay at whilst they go out and explore Melbourne. However, you’ll be happy to know that the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and oven all ready for you to become a Masterchef. I’ve provided dishware, cutlery and glassware so don’t worry about bringing your own. In addition to this, you’ll find complimentary tea and coffee ready to kickstart your mornings or re-energise your afternoons. You can enjoy your meals on the alfresco dining area on the balcony overlooking Melbourne.

If you don’t want to cook, I don’t blame you and that’s what I recommend! You’re in Melbourne which is the cafe and restaurant capital and thanks to your location, you’re surrounded by the best food there is! You’re only a 5 minute walk from the Queen Victoria Market which is filled with cafes and you’ll be surrounded by restaurants like Operator25, Oriental Spoon and my personal favorite, Hardware Societe. No matter where you go, there will be a restaurant or cafe ready to make you happy!

My property comes with two bedrooms each featuring comfortable double beds and 500 thread count hotel quality linen. Both rooms are spacious and feature sliding wardrobes with more than enough space for you to store your luggage or any shopping from nearby Melbourne Central. The sofa in the living room also doubles as a double sofa bed and I’ve provided linen so that two extra guests can get a good night of sleep.

There’s one bathroom and it features a spacious walk in shower ready for you to scrubadub. I’ve provided complimentary toiletries including shampoo and conditioner so don’t worry if you’ve forgotten yours! There’s also a hairdryer under so that you can dry your hair and add some volume if you fancy. My apartment also comes with a washing machine with the necessary detergent provided complimentary.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
You'll be in the heart of Melbourne and located on Elizabeth Street. Aside from the abundance of public transport, you'll find delicious restaurants and cafes wherever you look. A 5 minute walk will take you to Queen Victoria Markets which is a must see tourist stop filled with delicious food and shopping stalls. Alternatively, you can also go for a short walk and get to Melbourne Central which is one of Melbourne's largest shopping centres. Go there and watch a movie, visit the heritage listed RM Williams shoe store or shop at the boutique stores.
Getting Around:
You'll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport including buses, trams and trains that will connect you with all of Melbourne. There are a number of tram stops on Elizabeth Street that will take you where you need to go and you're also a short walk from Melbourne Central that contains a large underground train station. Public transport is the best way to get around Melbourne and fortunately for you, it's just a few
