Two Bedroom Designer Apartment + Rooftop Courtyard

My newly furnished Olympic Park property is the perfect home for your stay in Sydney. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and laundry facilities, my designer apartment will satisfy all your needs. You’ll have easy access to all of Sydney Olympic Park plus an abundance of public transport that will connect you with all of Sydney. With a stunning rooftop with BBQ area and dining area, this is where memories are made!
The Space:
The property utilises white space and a modern open plan design to create a relaxed and peaceful feeling separated from the hustle and bustle of Australia’s best city. The gorgeous living room features a soft and comfortable lounge which doubles as a sofa bed sleeping an additional two guests. The living room’s TV is fitted with (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Chromecast so you’ll be able to stream your favorite TV shows and movies whilst sitting back and relaxing on the sofa.
To the left of the sofa you’ll also find access to a winter garden - my favorite spot of my home. Featuring a comfortable lounge chair surrounded by floor to ceiling windows, you’ll be basked by the warm sunlight throughout the day making it the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or a good book!
Moving into the kitchen you’ll find all the appliances you’ll need to become a Masterchef. With a gas stove, oven, micro-oven and dishwasher you’ll be able to cook up a storm without having to hand wash any dishes. I’ve provided the dinnerware, glassware and cutlery plus complimentary tea and coffee to help kick-start your mornings and keep you energised throughout the day.

Once you’ve made your meal, you can enjoy it at either the dining table that seats four or the breakfast bar with three boutique bar stools. The dining table can also serve as a temporary workstation thanks to the free and unlimited WIFI provided throughout the property.

After a long day of exploring Sydney and eating the best food in the country, retire in one of the two large bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature comfortable double beds fitted with hotel quality 500 thread count linen and sliding wardrobes to store all your luggage and shopping. Just remember that the sofa bed in the living room also folds out to sleep two more guests.

The property also features one generous bathroom with a step-in shower. Toiletries, including shampoo and condition, are provided with compliments. You’ll also be able to use the washer/dryer to get your clothes clean. If you’re here for work and need to iron your clothes, both the iron and ironing board and provided.

The apartment building features a large rooftop courtyard with pool and alfresco dining area. There’s an undercover seating area perfect for you and your friends or family to relax. You’ll be graced with views of Sydney Olympic Park and on clear nights be able to see the stars. Why not take your coffee or some wine to the roof and enjoy the sunset!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My home is just outside Sydney Olympic Park, providing direct access to all major Sydney conventions, exhibitions, sporting events and music venues within a moment’s walk.

Nearby, Homebush is part of Sydney’s up and coming inner-west, with some of Sydney’s best brunch and boutique shopping at your doorstep - you’ll love how much variety is on offer in this little, local area.

Access to the city is via Olympic Park Train Station and takes you less than 20 minutes to zip into the middle of the Sydney CBD, all on the one train ride - easy! Alternatively, you’ll be just a short walk from Olympic Park Ferry Wharf which will provide you with a scenic link to Sydney and the North.
Getting Around:
Driving is convenient, with free secure parking located within the apartment building, making your trip to Sydney effortless and easy. The Sydney Airport is close by, and can be easily accessed by car or train.

There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
