Offering an enviable lifestyle in a thriving spot, it's close enough to the Gold Coast and Surfers Paradise, whilst being an unexpectedly spacious and tranquil retreat, away from the hustle and bustle. Featuring five bedrooms, an expansive living area, an outdoor pool, and outdoor bar with BBQ, this is a beautiful home destined to make your visit memorable.
The Space:
Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in all of Queensland. This idyllic single storey home is just a short drive from Surfers Paradise whilst still being in a peaceful residential area. You’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport taking you where you need to go plus private parking making travelling by car a cinch.

The home hosts an open-planned living room featuring multiple lounges and a large flat screen TV all brightened up by floor to ceiling windows. This is the perfect spot to sit down and relax after a long day of exploring the best beaches in Australia.

The family-sized kitchen backs onto the living room via the dining area and features high end appliances with everything you need for Michelin quality dining. The kitchen has a dishwasher and the necessary detergent so that you won’t have to handwash while on holiday in Australia. Complimentary tea and coffee has also been provided to kickstart your mornings.

The kitchen flows through to the dining room which features a large dining table seating eight guests. Full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen for private dinner parties and family meals during your stay. The breakfast bar also seats three guests and is perfect for those early morning meals or a quick snack. The dining table can also double as a temporary workstation thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI provided throughout the house.

The stand out feature of my home is the large entertainer’s backyard that features a large and private heated pool ready for a summer splash. Sun loungers have also been made available - perfect for chilling outside whilst scoring a tan. In addition to the pool is an outdoor bar with all the necessary glassware for you to create your favorite cocktails and drinks. Next to the bar you’ll find a large gas BBQ undercover and sheltered from the Aussie sun making it ideal for entertaining family and friends.

My large home features five bedrooms with two contain queen beds, two with double beds and one with a double sofa bed. All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stay including fresh cotton bath towels. All bedrooms have ample space for all of your luggage and shopping with most bedrooms featuring sliding wardrobes. All bedrooms have bedside lamps to catch up on some reading before falling asleep.

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and private ensuite bathroom, including a shower. It also contains a private workstation as part of a private parents retreat.

Additional guests can comfortably stay in the living room on the double sofa bed - the perfect spot to lay down and watch TV.
Both the main bathroom and ensuite come with complimentary toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner. A salon hair dryer is kept under the sink.

Onsite car parking is available, along with street parking located directly out front.
The property also comes with a private laundry with both a washing machine and dryer perfect for longer stays when you need to get some washing done.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Queensland for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Surfers Paradise and available for contact by email or phone.
