Experience quality living in this recently renovated, luxuriously appointed home situated in the beautiful Saint Kilda. With a stylish living space, generous bedroom, one bathroom, a dining table for four and free secure parking, my home is perfectly located for your time away. Whether you are attending conferences or concerts nearby, visiting the city, t or here to enjoy the best that Melbourne has to offer in shopping, dining and nightlife - this is a place where memories are made.
The Space:
Welcome to my newly renovated home in Saint Kilda, located in the heart of Melbourne. A pure statement in contemporary luxury and design, my apartment presents itself as the ultimate retreat, and is close to the city’s first class restaurants, bars and shopping boutiques. It’s in an exclusive neighbourhood with the convenience of frequent transport whilst being a short drive from the Melbourne CBD.

My home has European-inspired interiors, with a focus on Scandinavian style embellished with soft light, airy rooms and stylish functionality. The home features a large open-plan family living area flowing between the kitchen, dining area and lounge room. Featuring quality fittings and superior detail, the kitchen features a stove, oven, toaster and kettle all ready for you to get cooking.

A contemporary dining setting allows you to enjoy meals comfortably, full tableware, crockery and glassware is available in the kitchen. There is seating for up to 4 guests at the dining table. The dining table also serves as a great workspace along with the desk and workstation found in the living area.

Flowing through to the living space, you’ll be greeted by a plush sofa and huge flat-screen TV, my living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. Sit back, enjoy the company of friends all night long in my spacious living room.

The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed with 500 thread count linen, as well as a built in wardrobe and storage space for travellers. For additional guests, the living room sofa converts into a plush, two-person sofa bed providing comfortable room for a good night’s sleep. Extra linen and pillows can be provided upon request for the sofa bed.

In the bathrooms you’ll find a bathtub shower. A salon hair dryer can be found under the sink of the bathroom. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided with compliments.
Secure parking is provided for all guests and is located within the building.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Travellers love St Kilda as it has an unmistakeable holiday buzz in the air. There's still a dash of grunge to be found but really, especially in the warmer months, it's more about urban bayside relaxation. Pick up artisan cheeses at the farmers market, go cycling along the esplanade or take a swim at the St Kilda Sea Baths. Have sunset drinks at the iconic Esplanade Hotel or take a cinematic step back in time at the Astor, an old beloved Deco cinema. You’ll also be a quick 5 minute drive from the Coles supermarket which is packed with everything you need for shopping
Getting Around:
Thanks to the private secure parking, the best way to get around is via car. Otherwise, there are frequent tram services on Chapel Street and train services from Windsor Station.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
