This spacious, chic apartment is the very best that Melbourne has on offer, and with an small balcony designed for unwinding, you’ll be in holiday mode in no time. My home has space for four guests and packed with all the amenities and facilities you could possibly need. You’ll have access to a brand new designer pad recently styled by some of Melbourne’s best interior designers and stylists. The building also comes with a complete gym, pool, conference area and stunning lounge.
The Space:
Say hello to chic interiors, light spaces, paradise and prime positioning in the heart of the Melbourne. My home is situated in the heat of Melbourne and with easy access to public transport, you’ll be soaking up Melbourne’s restaurants and cafes in no time.
My open-plan home makes the most of the interiors with an open-plan New York apartment style of living. The living space features a plush sofa bed and access to a balcony with superb views of Melbourne thanks to it being positioned on the 16th floor. Incorporating some of the best in Scandinavian design, the crisp design of my apartment will leave you feeling fresh during your time in Melbourne.
Featuring high-end appliances, a generous pantry and family size fridge, the kitchen is packed with everything you need for Michelin quality dining. Enjoy your home cooked meal at the dining table that seats four or take it outside and enjoy some of Melbourne’s fresh air.
In keeping with the flow of the open plan living spaces, the main bed offers all that is needed for a sound night’s sleep. The second bed can be converted from the plush sofa bed and can comfortably fit two more guests. All beds feature 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels for all guests.
The bathroom is home to a generous shower with hotel quality toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, being provided with compliments. The salon hair dryer is kept under the sink. If you need to wash your clothes, the property comes with a washer and dryer in one plus iron and ironing board.
Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.
If you decide to stay in, you’ll be happy to know that the apartment building has both a gym and large pool all ready for you to burn off those Melbourne calories. There’s also a communal dining area and lounge area - perfect for take-away and lounging before heading off into the city.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in the heart of Melbourne, you’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport including the efficient tram service, buses and trains. In addition to this, Melbourne is Australia’s food capital and you’ll have easy access to numerous cafes and restaurants! The famous Queen Victoria Market is a short walk away and is packed with good food, fresh fruit and trinkets for you to take back home - make sure you pay it a visit.
Getting Around:
You’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport including the efficient tram service, buses and trains. Melbourne Central is around a 5 minute walk away and will connect you with the entirety of Melbourne plus the surrounding suburbs whilst the trams will take you exactly where you need to go within the city.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
