The Space:
Welcome to one of Sydney’s most popular destinations where restaurants, bars, cafes, beaches and the airport are all moments away. Centrally located in Mascot, my boutique home offers the best in luxury comforts such as designer couches, premium bedding and light-filled interiors that will keep you stylishly accommodated during your time away. My new apartment is in a brand new building in a great neighbourhood where everything you need is close at hand.

Upon entering, you’ll see that my apartment is built with entertaining in mind, with open plan kitchen, living and dining spaces that flow out onto a large balcony. The marble kitchen features all new appliances as well as a functional cooking and prep space that is perfect for cooking up a meal. You’ll also find a large freezer and fridge, oven and stovetop with rangehood as well as plenty of storage space. The kitchen has a dishwasher too, which makes life easier!

When you are ready to entertain, the dining space allows for up to four guests to share a meal comfortably - with premium table and chairs for guests to enjoy. All cups, crockery and cooking utensils are provided for the best stay possible.The dining table also serves as a great workspace for travelling professionals.

In the bedroom you'll find a comfortable double bed fitted with 500 thread count hotel quality linen perfect for a sound night's sleep! All stays including fresh cotton bath towels for my guests. The double bed sleeps two and contains oversized wardrobes providing extra storage for all luggage. The second, sofa-bed in the living also provides bedding for two more guests. Full linen, including queen sized quilts, will be provided for additional guests on request. My apartment is all about space, and you and your guests will have no trouble settling into my home with ease and comfort.

The bathroom is home to a chic step-through shower and premium finishings. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentarily. The hair dryer is kept under the sink.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

There is off-street private parking for your car - details of the parking space can be provided once your booking is confirmed.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My apartment is situated in the centre of all the top attractions of Sydney - CBD, shopping, the harbour, Eastern suburbs, beaches and the airport. You’ll find that Mascot has a great range of up and coming cafes and is so close to Sydney’s best beaches including Bondi, Coogee and Maroubra. The Lakes Golf Club is a short 8 minute drive and features some of the finest golf courses. Downstairs from my apartment building, you’ll find a large Woolworths supermarket, new restaurants and famous dining chains.
Getting Around:
Public transport is very easy. My apartment can be easily reached via the Sydney Airport train to Mascot station. From Mascot station, you will be able to explore all corners of Sydney, including Bondi, the CBD and Sydney’s favourite inner city suburbs.
