Positioned in the heart of the Melbourne, my home offers a luxurious escape with recently renovated interiors and light-filled spaces. My ground-floor home allows you to live in absolute comfort while visiting Melbourne, featuring one bedrooms, a compact kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bathroom, and balcony, this is will be the perfect pad in Melbourne.
The Space:
Welcome to my home! This sunny, bright and easy-to-find apartment offers exceptional convenience and well-appointed finishes, being just a stone's throw away from the shopping, eating and entertaining hubs within Melbourne. You’ll find yourself within walking distance of Australia’s best restaurants, cafes and bars.

Recently renovated and ready for your arrival, my delightful home is conveniently positioned on the tenth floor of a boutique, modern complex. Blessed with delightfully sunny aspect, the entire apartment offers warm and comfortable living spaces that are drenched with beautiful natural light throughout.

Open-plan living and dining extend outwards to a generous balcony accessed via the glass sliding doors and is complete with an outdoor table and chairs. A morning cup of tea or meal throughout the day is so enjoyable from this very spot. The Scandinavian-inspired living room features a plush sofa bed, perfect for chatting with friends or kicking-back and watching a bit of TV.

A large dining setting for four is positioned between just beyond the kitchen and living room - equally great for home cooked meals or quick breakfasts-to-go for the busy traveller.

The kitchen is great for whipping up your favourite meals and includes many home comforts - electric appliances, microwave, fridge, oven, and stove - as well as plenty of storage and bench space. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided - to make sure you have something to start your day!

What I love about my home is the natural light that brightens every room inside and the bedrooms are no exception. The comfortable bedroom comes with a sliding wardrobe - perfect for storing luggage while travelling.
Additional guests are welcome to use the double bed sized sofa bed located in the living room. Additional linen, including an extra comfort quilt, are available for your use to ensure everyone has a great night sleep.

The well-maintained bathroom has a step in shower, and you’ll find complimentary shampoo and conditioner under the sink. A salon hair-dryer is included to make sure you’re looking at your best!
Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
You'll be in the heart of Melbourne and located on Elizabeth Street. Aside from the abundance of public transport, you'll find delicious restaurants and cafes wherever you look. A 5 minute walk will take you to Queen Victoria Markets which is a must see tourist stop filled with delicious food and shopping stalls. Alternatively, you can also go for a short walk and get to Melbourne Central which is one of Melbourne's largest shopping centres. Go there and watch a movie, visit the heritage listed RM Williams shoe store or shop at the boutique stores.
Getting Around:
You'll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport including buses, trams and trains that will connect you with all of Melbourne. There are a number of tram stops on Elizabeth Street that will take you where you need to go and you're also a short walk from Melbourne Central that contains a large underground train station. Public transport is the best way to get around Melbourne and fortunately for you, it's just a few steps away.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
