Upstairs you'll find the main bathroom and two bedrooms, each with views of the bay, and the master with its own private balcony and views of the City. This is THE perfect location for Melbourne's major events, with full views of City fireworks during New Years Eve, Australia Day and more. A short walk from the Australian Grand Prix, or Uber from the Australian Tennis Open. And right on the doorstep of Midsumma Festival and St Kilda Festival, just to name a few.

Albert Park Lake - Home to the Australian Grand Prix, as well as a wonderful place for a walk or jog, sailing in the lake, or one of the many sporting activities South Melbourne - Stock up on gourmet produce at South Melbourne Market, grab a bite at the pop-up food stands, and explore unique local homeware stores South Yarra & Chapel Street - One of Melbournes premier shopping districts - designer stores, vintage, retro, you'll find it all here. Prahran Market - It's worth a visit if you're after some authentic local culture, local craft and product, good food and fresh ingredients.
Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
Please note that this is a split level penthouse apartment. Kitchen, dining, entertaining areas and toilet are downstairs, and the two bedrooms and main bathroom is upstairs, so this penthouse may not well suited for those who are less mobile or may struggle to carry luggage upstairs!
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
