The Space:
Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in Surfers Paradise. My idyllic two-storey home is just meters from a huge shopping complex and electronic wares including a JB Hi-Fi superstore and Harvey Norman. A 5 minute drive will take you to Australia’s biggest supermarkets Woolworths and Coles. You’ll have access to restaurants, cafes, galleries, bars, boutiques, and grocers making this the best place to stay in Surfers Paradise.

Downstairs hosts an open planned, indoor-outdoor living space. The family-sized kitchen backs onto the living room via the dining room before opening up to the outdoor dining area and communal BBQ facilities.

Featuring high-end designer appliances the kitchen is packed with everything you need for Michelin quality dining. The kitchen has a dishwasher so you won’t have to spend time doing dishes while on holiday in Australia. The detergent has been provided along with complimentary tea and coffee to get your mornings started.

The kitchen flows through to the dining room which features a dining table which can comfortably seat all guests. Full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen for private dinner parties and family meals during your stay

This flows through to the living room which houses a large LCD television and an even larger comfortable sofas. Get comfy amongst the cushions catching up with the latest on-screen or through conversation with your friends around you.

Another standout feature of my spacious home is the private alfresco dining area on the ground floor. You’ll be basked in the Aussie sun whilst getting some of that fresh Surfers Paradise air. You’ll also have access to a shared and covered courtyard. This special place is great for peaceful relaxation or more boisterous entertaining with outdoor dining and a gas BBQ available for use. A sun-shade is also present to help protect your from the sun or rain.

All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels All bedrooms have ample space for even the heaviest packer.

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and access to a private balcony with seating for two. This is the perfect spot to start your morning with a loved one. The other three bedrooms each feature double beds each with full linen including queen sized quilts already available. Additional guests can comfortably stay downstairs on the comfortable sofa which doubles as a sofa bed sleeping two more guests.

The property features 2.5 bathrooms with two of the bathrooms both featuring spacious walk in showers. Toiletries including shampoo and conditioner have been provided with compliments along with soft fluffy cotton towels.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a temporary workstation

Onsite car parking is available, along with street parking - just make sure you get in quick.

A European style laundry featuring a washing machine and dryer is available also available room. With a large storage room filled with shelves - perfect for storing your luggage or shopping from the nearby boutique stores.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in the Gold Coast or Surfers Paradise for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is NOT the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend and parties.

Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.

In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I w
