Welcome to my two bedroom home in the heart of Merrylands. Sleeping six guests and with all the amenities you need, you’ll also have access to numerous restaurants, cafes and boutique stores. All this whilst being within walking distance of Merrylands train station which will connect you with all of Sydney. My home is the perfect spot for you and your fellow guests to stay at. You’ll have absolutely everything you need with the convenience of parking and being surrounded by public transport.
The Space:
Step inside my newly furnished designer apartment that has been recently styled by Sydney’s best interior designers and home stylists. The property is both comfortable and practical and will satisfy all your needs and wants. You’ll have your own private parking plus be surrounded by an abundance of public transport. You’re only a three minute walk from Merrylands station and five minute walk from Stocklands which contains all the supermarkets and stores you could possibly need.

Moving into the living room you’ll be greeted by a comfortable L shaped sofa and large flat screen TV. This is the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a long day of shopping at the nearby Stocklands shopping center or exploring Sydney. Keep in mind that the sofa also doubles as a sofa bed and can sleep two additional guests. The living room has direct access to the balcony which contains a small alfresco area perfect for a cup of coffee and glass of wine.

The dining area seamlessly flows from the living room thanks to the open plan design. The stunning dining table comfortable seats four guests and additional chairs can be pulled up to fit more. The table can also double as a temporary workstation thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI throughout the house.

In the kitchen you’ll find a large fridge and all the appliances you need, including a stainless steel oven and gas stove, plus a toaster. All glassware, kitchenware and cutlery has been provided and can be found in the kitchen. Furthermore, there’s a dishwasher and the necessary detergents so you won’t have to worry about hand washing your dishes.

After a long day of shopping and exploring Sydney, settle down in one of the two generous bedrooms. Each bedroom is complete with a comfortable double bed with extra lumbar support plus 500 thread count hotel quality linen. The main bedroom contains a sliding wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with toilet and sink. You’ll have more than enough room to store any luggage or shopping you might have.

The property features two bathrooms and there is a total of two showers and one bathtub all ready for you to get squeaky clean after a long day. If you’ve forgotten your shampoo, don’t worry. Complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided free of charge. Furthermore I’ve left some soft cotton towels to help keep you dry.

Lastly, the property also comes with a private laundry containing both a washer and dryer. There’s also an iron and ironing board ready to go making this property perfect for the business traveller and those long stays.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Positioned in Merrylands you’ll be in the capital of convenience. A 5 minute walk will take you to Stocklands which is filled with supermarkets including Coles and Woolworths, plus there are numerous clothing and boutique stores. Everything you need can be found here. You’ll have easy access to a lot of public transport including Merrylands train station which is a 3 minute walk from your door plus frequent bus services which will connect you with all of Sydney.
Getting Around:
You’ll have your own private parking which will make getting around by car a cinch. Alternatively, you can make the most of all the public transport surrounding you and catch the train from Merrylands station which is a 3 minute walk away and will take you wherever you need to go. There are also frequent bus services on Railway Terrace and adjacent streets.
