If you like to be close to the action, it doesn’t get better than my designer home positioned in the famous Point Cook. Offering an enviable lifestyle in a thriving spot, it’s close enough to everything you need, and yet, behind the front door is a spacious and tranquil retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne. Featuring four bedrooms, expansive living areas an outdoor dining area and large backyard, this is a beautiful home destined to make your visit to Melbourne memorable.
The Space:
Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in Point Cook. Downstairs hosts an open planned living space with enough space to entertain all guests thanks to the comfortable lounges. The family-sized kitchen backs onto the living room via the dining room before opening up to the outdoor alfresco area and backyard.

Featuring high-end designer appliances the kitchen is packed with everything you need for Michelin quality dining. The kitchen has a dishwasher hidden away so you won’t have to spend time doing dishes while on holiday in Australia.

The kitchen flows through to the dining room which features a dining table which can comfortably seat nine guests - you can pull up some more chairs to fit additional people. Full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen for private dinner parties and family meals during your stay. The dining area leads outside to the alfresco dining area which is perfect for an early morning coffee or some dinner with fresh air.

The property features a total of three living spaces split between the top and bottom floor. Aside from the main living space located in the open living space, there’s an additional lounge room with a large flat screen TV ready for you to sit down and relax with some Aussie TV. Upstairs you’ll find a sun lit living area - my personal favorite spot for a quick nap and some reading. Downstairs you’ll also find a pool table perfect for a quick (or long) game with friends and family.

All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels All bedrooms have ample space for even the heaviest packer. The property features four bedrooms total plus a study with a double daybed all comfortably sleeping a total of ten guests. All bedrooms have bedside lights to catch up on some reading before falling asleep.

Additional guests can comfortably stay downstairs on the L shaped sofa which doubles as a double sofa bed thus sleeping two extra guests. Full linen, including queen sized quilts, will be provided for additional guests on request.

The property features three bathrooms featuring a combination of showers and a bathtub so ready for you to scrubadub. If you’ve forgotten your shampoo or conditioner, don’t worry. Some toiletries have been provided with compliments along cotton towels to keep you dry.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table or desk found in the room with the daybed can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

Onsite car parking is available, along with street parking located directly out front.

You’ll also have a private laundry with a washer/dryer combo so that you’ll be able to keep your clothes clean. An iron and ironing board have also been provided.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Melbourne for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by phone and the Airbnb app.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in Point Cook, you’ll still be within driving distance of Melbourne City but separated from the hustle and bustle. Point Cook is a beautiful area and surrounded by numerous nature reserves and lakes.
