Welcome to my stunning apartment in the heart of Melbourne. With a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area and balcony, and easy access to public transport and shopping centers, this is the perfect Airbnb for your stay in Melbourne. You’ll be a 10 minute walk from Southern Cross train station which will connect you with all of Melbourne and Victoria. Additionally, you’ll be next door to Etihad Stadium and have easy access to shopping and public transport.
The Space:
My gorgeous home has been recently furnished by Melbourne’s best stylists and is kept extremely clean and is ready for your stay! My property is the epitome of convenience thanks to its perfect positioning in Melbourne and the abundance of public transport surrounding the property. Southern Cross is a 10 minute walk from my property and will connect you with everywhere in Victoria. There are also frequent tram services at your doorstep. In terms of shopping, you’ll have both Woolworths and Coles supermarkets 10 minutes from your doorstep if you decide to walk. At Southern Cross station there’s also the Spencer Factory Outlet which contains numerous designer brands at great prices. Restaurants, cafes and bars are everywhere and all within walking distance - they’re the best in Australia so make the most of them!

Moving into my home you’ll be greeted by a spacious open design space. The living space contains a spacious L shaped lounge facing an LCD TV ready for you to kick back and relax with some Aussie TV after a long day of exploring Melbourne. You’ll have direct access to the covered balcony from the living area which has two outdoor chairs and a small table - perfect for the early morning coffee and tea or a late night wine.

The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you could possibly need for Michelin quality dining. There’s a stainless steel gas stove and oven plus toaster and kettle all ready to prepare every meal you want. I’ve provided complimentary tea and coffee along with olive oil, salt and pepper, all ready to help you cook up a storm.

All dinnerware, glassware and cutlery can be found in the kitchen cupboards and drawers. Once you’ve cooked up a good meal, enjoy it at the dining table which comfortably seats four guests. The dining table can also double as a temporary workstation thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI available throughout the house.

After a long day, retire in the spacious bedroom. The room features a sliding wardrobe for all your luggage and shopping plus a comfortable double bed with hotel quality linen. You’ll also have direct access to the balcony from your bedroom. The sofa in the living room also folds out into a double sofa bed for two additional guests. Linen has been provided.

My bathroom features an executive walk in shower ready for you to scrubadub. I’ve provided complimentary toiletries including shampoo and conditioner so don’t worry too much if you’ve forgotten your own. There’s also a salon hairdryer under the sink. I’ve also provided cotton towels for each guest to help you keep dry!

My home comes with a private and separate laundry space containing a washer and dryer in one. There’s also an iron and ironing board making this perfect for the business traveller and long stays.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Convenience is optimum in Docklands, being a short walk to the Yarra and Etihad Stadium being right next door, where you can enjoy amazing pop concerts and international superstars along with AFL games.
There are a great selection of brunch, lunch and dinner locations that I love visiting with my friends including specialty coffee brewers, world class restaurants such as Chin Chin and Longrain. Have fun exploring this great area, where there’s something new around the corner.
Your nearest supermarket is Woolworths Victoria Harbour, which is just a 9 minute walk from my apartment where you can also find a bakery, wine shop and other assorted stores to make your visit that much easier.
