Stunning Two Bedroom Home with BBQ

Welcome to my stunning two bedroom house situated in the beautiful and convenient Windsor. With a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, dining area and easy access to public transport and shopping centers, this is the perfect Airbnb. You'll next door to the famous Chapel Street which hosts most of Melbourne's top restaurants and cafes. A 5 minute walk will take you to Windsor train station which will connect you with all of Melbourne and surrounding areas.
The Space:
My property is the epitome of convenience thanks to the abundance of public transport surrounding the property and easy access to the popular Chapel Street that contains numerous dining, entertainment and shopping options. Windsor Train Station is a 5 minute walk from my property and will connect you directly to the CBD and outer suburbs. In terms of shopping, Woolworths supermarket is a 5 minute drive away and will provide you with all the groceries you need to cook up a storm in my large kitchen. If you don’t want to cook when holidaying, I understand. You’ll be surrounded by cafes and restaurants all ready to feed your appetite.

Moving into my home you’ll be greeted by a spacious open design space. The living space contains two comfortable leather sofas facing an LCD TV ready for you to kick back and relax with some Aussie TV after a long day of exploring Melbourne.

The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you could possibly need for Michelin quality dining. There’s a stainless steel gas stove and oven plus toaster and kettle all ready to prepare every meal you want. Also, don’t worry about handwashing - nobody wants to do that on a holiday. There’s a perfectly functioning dishwasher and the necessary detergents. All dinnerware, glassware and cutlery can be found in the kitchen cupboards and drawers. Complimentary tea and coffee has also been provided to help kickstart your mornings or re-energise you after a long day.

Once you’ve cooked up a good meal, enjoy it at the dining table which comfortably seats eight guests. The dining table can also double as a temporary workstation thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI available throughout the house. You’ll have direct access to the backyard from the dining area and will find a small alfresco area to enjoy your meals on. I personally enjoy a warm cup of coffee outside each morning. There’s also a BBQ ready to go for entertaining guests!

After a long day, retire in one of the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are very spacious and contain comfortable double beds with hotel quality linen. There is enough space in these bedrooms plus storage space to store any luggage and shopping you may have. The sofa in the living area also folds out as a double sofa bed capable of sleeping two additional guests. Linen has been provided free of charge!

My property comes with an oversized bathroom with a bathtub. Make a trip down to Lush and pick up a bath bomb and make the most of the tub! If you’ve forgotten your toiletries, do not worry as complimentary toiletries including shampoo and conditioner have been provided. On top of this, soft cotton towels have been made available to keep you dry.

My home comes with a separate laundry space containing both a washer and dryer. I’ve provided the necessary detergents so you can keep your clothes clean. There’s also an iron and ironing board in the laundry plus a hairdryer under one of the bathroom sinks.

This property has everything needed for a great stay in Melbourne and I look forward to hosting you and your friends/family.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in the heart of Windsor, you’ll be surrounded by cafes, restaurants, public transport and have easy access to supermarkets and boutique stores. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet - you won’t be hearing cars buzzing past the house and the neighbours and locals are all very friendly. You'll be a quick walk from Chapel Street which is famous for its restaurants, bars and cafes plus the myriad of upmarket fashion stores. A 5 minute drive will take you right to the Woolworths whic
