Located just minutes from Melbourne’s best cafe and restaurant scene and a short walk from the Queen Victoria Market and Melbourne Central Station, my spacious apartment will be perfect for your time away. It features deluxe finishes, the convenience of restaurants and supermarkets, and prime positioning for Melbourne’s city life. My newly designed home has light, crisp interiors that include a spacious bedroom, a highly functional kitchen space and open plan living.
The Space:
Welcome to my new apartment in the heart of Melbourne, minutes from cafe hotspots, chic shopping destinations and riverside bliss. It’s in a brand new building in a great neighbourhood where everything you need is close at hand.

Upon entering, you’ll see that my apartment is all about light, bright living with open plan kitchen, living and dining spaces that flow out onto a generous covered balcony.

The kitchen features all new appliances as well as a functional cooking and prep space that is perfect for your guests. You’ll also find a large freezer and fridge, European oven and stovetop with rangehood as well as plenty of storage space. The kitchen has a dishwasher so you won’t have to spend time doing dishes while on holiday in Australia.

The kitchen flows through to the dining table which comfortably seats four guests and has views of the West End out through the large glass doors and windows.

Through to the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed with extra support for a sound night’s sleep. The bed is fitted with high quality quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels for all guests. You’ll also find a sliding wardrobe ready for you to store any luggage and clothing you may have.

Additional guests can comfortably stay on the sofa-bed in the living room. Full linen, including queen sized quilts, will be provided for additional guests on request. My apartment is all about space, and you and your guests will have no trouble settling into my home with ease and comfort.

The bathroom is home to a luxurious designer shower shower with toiletries including shampoo and conditioner, provided with compliments. The salon hair dryer is kept under the sink. In the laundry, a washing machine, dryer and iron have all been made available with the necessary detergent.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers. There’s also a study nook with ample lighting and a for anybody who needs to get some work done.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and small groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
You'll be in the heart of Melbourne and located on Elizabeth Street. Aside from the abundance of public transport, you'll find delicious restaurants and cafes wherever you look. A 5 minute walk will take you to Queen Victoria Markets which is a must see tourist stop filled with delicious food and shopping stalls. Alternatively, you can also go for a short walk and get to Melbourne Central which is one of Melbourne's largest shopping centres. Go there and watch a movie, visit the heritage listed RM Williams shoe store or shop at the boutique stores.
Getting Around:
You'll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport including buses, trams and trains that will connect you with all of Melbourne. There are a number of tram stops on Elizabeth Street that will take you where you need to go and you're also a short walk from Melbourne Central that contains a large underground train station. Public transport is the best way to get around Melbourne and fortunately for you, it's just a few steps away.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
