This two bedroom home is the perfect space for your time in Sydney, and is only moments from Bondi Beach, Sydney CBD, shopping boutiques and the city’s best restaurants.

The Space:

Entering my home, you’ll love the generously-sized chef’s kitchen with stone finishes and premium functionality. Featuring executive stainless steel appliances, as well as a brand new oven and stove up, it is perfect for guests to whip up quick and delicious meals.

Just beyond the kitchen, you’ll find a modern dining table seating up to 4 guests generously. I provide full crockery and dining facilities to ensure you can keep yourselves entertained in style throughout your time away in Sydney. The table also serves as functional desk space for the travelling professional as well.

Moving into the chic living room, guests can enjoy European-inspired design with a plush sofa seating guests, as well as a large flat screen TV. Opening up from the living room is a covered entertaining balcony that is fabulous for a morning cup of coffee or for a few drinks when heading out to enjoy the night, and includes Italian-inspired outdoor chairs. The sofa in the living room also converts into a two-person sofa bed, which fits 2 guests comfortably. Extra towels, linen and pillows are provided upon request.

My bedrooms are generous in size and come complete with five star linen, bedspreads, and pillows on all beds in the home. The three bedrooms feature double beds for a good night’s sleep as well as large sliding wardrobes with full length mirrors, storage, and windows that keep each room feeling light, airy and spacious. The main bedroom also includes a designer bathroom ensuite, complete with ultra-modern finishes such as a rainfall shower.

With a white-wash handbasin and a walk-in shower, my main bathroom will service all your needs. Both the bathroom and ensuite include quality shampoos, conditioners and extra fluffy towels for all my guests. Next to the bathroom, you also have access to a large washing and drying machine, ironing board and iron.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.

Rosebery, situated in the heart of Sydney, provides complete convenience being only five minutes from Sydney Airport and is nestled amongst the city’s best cafe districts. With premium locations bordering its edges, such as Alexandria, Darlinghurst, Chippendale and the Central Business District. It is quintessential inner city living in Sydney, where eating out is the norm and there is an endless array of options for evening activities.

Home to many creative types and urban professionals, Rosebery combines peaceful and leafy inner-city living with a chic buzzing vibe that sits investment bankers with youthful hipsters at the same shared table for breakfast.
Getting Around:
The apartment is located within a 5 minute walk from Green Square station for train and bus services connecting you to everywhere in Sydney, and to the beaches. You've also got private parking to driving around is a cinch!
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
