The Space:
Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in Chadstone. My idyllic single storey home is located in the heart of Chadstone and offers easy access to numerous cafes, bars and the famous Chadstone Mall - the biggest shopping center in Australia and the Southern Hemisphere. Filled with designer brands, boutique stores, supermarkets, general services and eateries, this is your one stop shop with absolutely everything. There’s also an abundance of public transport surrounding the property making it very easy to travel around Melbourne if you don’t have a car.

My four bedroom home has been recently styled by some of Melbourne’s best interior designers and home stylists making it the epitome of comfort and practicality. You’ll find a spacious living room with a comfortable lounges in front of a large LCD TV and heater ready for you to kick back and relax after a long day exploring Melbourne.

Featuring high-end stainless steel appliances the kitchen is packed with everything you need for Michelin quality dining. There’s a gas stove and oven plus large family sized fridge ready to store all your groceries. Complimentary tea and coffee has been provided along with pots, pans, some olive oil, salt and pepper to help you get cooking! There’s also a dishwasher and the necessary detergent so you won’t have to worry about hand washing your dishes when holidaying in Australia.

The kitchen flows through to the dining room which features a modern dining table which can comfortably seat four guests. Full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen for private dinner parties and family meals during your stay making my property the perfect entertainer’s home. You can also enjoy your meals at the breakfast counter or the alfresco dining area out back.

The property features four spacious bedrooms with a total of two queen beds and two double beds. All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels. All bedrooms have ample space for even the heaviest packer. The bedrooms contain enough floor space plus wardrobes all capable of storing your luggage and any shopping from Chadstone shopping centre. All bedrooms have bedside lamps to catch up on some reading before falling asleep. Additional guests can sleep on the double sofa bed which folds out in the living room. Linen has also been provided.

The home also features two large and modern bathrooms each with spacious walk in showers fit for kings. If you’ve forgotten your toiletries, do not worry! Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and soaps have been provided along with toilet paper. Don’t forget there are also soft cotton towels ready to keep you dry! A salon hair dryer has also been kept under the sink.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

You’ll also have access to a separate laundry with both a washer and dryer. If you’d rather hang dry your clothes, outside has a retractable clothes line. I’ve also provided both an iron and ironing board making my home perfect for business travelers and the longer stays.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Melbourne for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around.
