Stay and relax in my brand new apartment situated in one of the most popular suburbs in western Sydney: fully equipped with two bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, TV, air conditioning, and an outside balcony. Find the amazing nature of Parramatta River and Bays right across the balcony. With parking, convenient access to all public transport options and nearby local shops, I think your stay will be guaranteed to be very comfortable.
The Space:
Welcome to Parramatta, one of the largest suburbs in Western Sydney and the city that is soon to be our next CBD. My apartment is located just 5 minutes away from Parramatta Westfield - a large shopping center filled with designer brands, boutique stores, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Everything you could possibly need is right here and within walking distance. You’ll also be a 5 minute walk from Parramatta Train station with regular train services connecting you directly to the CBD and other outer Sydney areas.

My property features two spacious bedrooms featuring comfortable double beds with extra lumbar support. Both are covered in 500 thread count hotel quality linen to ensure you get a good night’s rest after a long day of exploring Parramatta and Sydney.

My apartment hosts an unique high-rise living space. The spacious living room is fitted with L-shaped, LCD TV, and air-conditioning to help you relaxed and de-stressed just fine. You can eat, talk, read, study, watch, play, and even get your work done here. Simply everything. The sofa also doubles as a sofa bed and can sleep an additional two guests.

The kitchen comes complete with utensils and appliances including a fridge, gas stove and oven to help get your cooking done efficiently. Across that, you will find the kitchen benchtop equipped with two sinks to make the after-cooking activities finished quickly and on top all that, there is toaster and kettle for you to make your breakfast coffee, tea and toast in the morning. Coffee, tea and sugar have been provided with complimentary. There’s also a dishwasher so you will not have to worry about hand-washing any dishes. I’ve also provided the necessary detergent.

Once you’ve cooked your meal, it can be enjoyed at the dining table which seats all six guests. Glassware, dinnerware and cutlery have all been provided and can be found in the kitchen cupboards and drawers.

The two bathrooms are beautifully designed with wide mirrors, clean sinks, water-efficient toilet bowls. The first bathroom features a long bathtub ready for you to scrubadub whilst the second features a spacious walk in shower. If you’ve forgotten your toiletries, don’t worry as I’ve provided shampoo, conditioner and soap. Soft cotton fluffy towels have also been made available.

You will also find a separate internal laundry, including a washing dryer and ironing facilities.
Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the living area can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

There is secure private parking located on level 3 of the building making driving around Sydney a cinch. You’ll also have access to the building’s pool, gym and sauna making this one of the few Airbnb’s with absolutely everything you could possibly need!

My place is an exquisite unit and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire unit – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day. You will also have free access to the gym, pool, and hot sauna.
Interaction with Guests:
In most cases I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys, or left with lockbox and its code to get the key and access card inside. Also I will explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Parramatta is quickly become Sydney's second CBD and for good reason. The area is filled with high quality restaurants and cafes that will satisfy any cravings you might have. A 5 minute walk will take you to Parramatta Westfield which is one of the largest shopping centers in Sydney. It’s filled with a boutique stores, designer brands, and a large food court with more food options than you’ll possibly need. The same shopping center also con
