Recently Styled Cosy Richmond Home

Welcome to my cosy Richmond home comfortably sleeping six guests. The interior of my home has been recently styled by some of Melbourne’s best home stylists to create a space of comfort, aesthetics and practicality. My two bedroom home comes with full amenities ranging from a large living area and fully equipped kitchen all the way to a laundry and chic backyard with outdoor seating. The property has split system cooling and thanks to its location can be the perfect stay for you in Richmond.
The Space:
Welcome to my newly renovated home in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, home to some of Melbourne’s best cafes and restaurants. It’s in a great neighbourhood with the convenience of frequent transport and as well as the luxury of boutique shopping and dining in the local area. There are numerous tram stops on Swan Street which is a minute walk away, all with frequent tram services taking you around Melbourne. This along with walking are the best way to get around thanks to the convenient location of my property. If you do decide to drive, there is street parking available.

My home has been designed to blend with the residential character of the surrounding area and features the perfect mix of convenience and contemporary style. The contemporary interiors are filled with beautiful natural light, the home is warm and welcoming, and features flexible living spaces - perfect for every travelling family’s needs.

The home features a large open-plan family living area incorporating the kitchen, dining room and lounge room. The kitchen gas cook tops, an oven and new taps throughout. The kitchen features also include kettle and toaster. You’ll also find a microwave oven and family-sized fridge in the kitchen. I’ve provided a cookbook to help get you started along with complimentary tea and coffee to help kickstart those mornings.

A contemporary glass dining setting allows you to enjoy meals comfortably, full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen. Meanwhile, the living area houses a green L shaped sofa, great for enjoying family time or kicking back to watch your favourite shows on the high-definition television.

The dining, living and kitchen spaces flow through to the backyard where you’ll be greeted by an outdoor seating area - my favorite spot for a morning cup of tea. There’s enough space for the kids to run around with the high walls ensuring they don’t lose their football! My home has split-system air conditioning throughout to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. The dining table also serves as a great light-filled workspace thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI made available.

My home features two bedrooms each with sleeping two guests thanks to the comfortable double mattresses found in each. All bedding is covered with 500 thread count hotel quality linen that has been professionally cleaned to ensure you’re kept comfortable and get a good night’s sleep. Additional guests can make use of the sofa in the living area which folds out as a double sofa bed sleeping an additional two guests.

In the bathrooms you’ll find a shower with shower curtain along with complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner to help you get squeaky clean! Soft cotton towels have also been provided.

I’ve also made available a washing machine and the necessary detergent plus an iron and ironing board.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Melbourne for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the house, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Convenience is optimum in Richmond, being a short walk to Victoria Street, Bridge Road and Swan Street where you’ll find a range of Richmond’s trendiest bars, cafes and restaurants. Further along in Church Street, there are a great selection of brunch locations that I love visiting with my friends including specialty coffee brewers and delicious breakfasts.
