Executive Designer Apartment - Parking, Pool + Gym

Situated in the heart of Wolli Creek and surrounding by public transport and shopping options, my apartment is a perfectly positioned oasis for your time away. As a newly renovated apartment building in Sydney, my home will blow you away. My home has a refined feel to it, with bright, crisp interiors and ultra-modern finishings. Including a sleek kitchen, executive living spaces, a private laundry and two generous bedrooms.
The Space:
Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in the Sydney. My designer central apartment is the perfect spot to begin your travels in one of Australia’s exciting cities. You’ll find no room left behind in my stylish apartment situated only a short walk from the Wolli Creek station which will connect you to all of Sydney and also a Woolworths supermarket ready to help you stock up on groceries.

Upon entering my apartment, you’ll be amazed by the abundant light and spacious interiors that flow through all the rooms. The grand, open plan living space features chic fittings such as a premium sofa as well as a large flat screen TV, perfect for entertaining or before heading out for the night. My open plan design apartment is both practical and comfortable and the large amount of natural light creates a peaceful and relaxed feeling.

Moving to the dining table, you’ll be able to fit four guests very comfortably with room in mind for big dinners and sharing plates! My home has been designed with entertaining in mind - with plenty of room for guests to enjoy themselves.

Taking inspiration from some of the best kitchens in Europe, my kitchen includes high-end stainless appliances and a sleek splashback - this kitchen is packed with everything you need for Michelin quality dining. The kitchen also features a dishwasher so you won’t have to worry about hand washing when holidaying in Australia. The necessary detergent has been provided along with tea and coffee to help kickstart your mornings.

The property features two generously sized bedrooms each featuring luxurious hotel double mattresses with extra support for a sound night’s sleep. Both beds have 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels for all guests. Bedside lamps flank the bed making any night time reading easy. We’ve left a couple of magazines in the house for you to read if you’ve forgotten your own.

Additional guests can comfortably stay on the sofa bed that can be converted in the living room, which fits two guests quite comfortably. Full linen, including queen sized quilts, will be provided for additional guests on request.

The bathroom is home to a luxurious designer walk-through shower and includes toiletries, such as shampoo and conditioner. The salon hair dryer is kept under the sink. Cotton towels have been provided to help you keep dry!

My apartment also features a large separate internal laundry featuring an Electrolux washer and dryer in one, and iron plus ironing board.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

If you decide to stay in and don’t want to explore Sydney, there’s both an outdoor pool shielded by the sun and gym filled with all the equipment needed to work of a sweat!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
You’ll be located in the beautiful and peaceful Wolli Creek in a newly developed apartment complex. Thanks to its perfect location, you’ll be within one minute of the Wolli Creek Train Station, Orange Supermarket, and numerous eateries like the LoKal Cafe and the Satio Casual Eatery. A 3 minute walk will take you to Woolworths - a large supermarket with all your grocery needs. If you’re the type of person that likes to workout and don’t want to make use of the gym and pool, there are beautiful walking tracks along the Cooks River.
