Welcome to my beautifully designed minimalist apartment in Turrella.

My apartment is located in Turrella in a recent-developed complex with idyllic and calming architecture. Just 10 minutes drive from Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport, it is perfect for international tourists looking for a convenient stay.

With many public transports offerings available around the area, nothing can stop you from exploring more of what Sydney can offer you. 20 minutes away to Sydney CBD, Opera House, and Sydney Harbour Bridge. It is also not too far to go to the Eastern Suburbs with premium precints like Maroubra, Coogee, and La Perouse if you want to see what Sydney is well-known for.

My apartment comes with a master bedroom fitted with large mirror sliding wardrobe - making my room feel more than spacious.

Walls are painted in pure white with contemporary furnishings and art. Peaceful tranquility will flow upon you as soon as you enter the bedroom, making for a perfect night's rest.

The living room is very spacious and relaxing. With a large LED TV, sofa-bed, and airconditioning, you can come home to a peaceful living space set up ideally after a busy day of exploring the Sydney region. A dining table is also just on the right hand side and seats guests comfortably.

The gourmet chef's kitchen provide premium functionality for all groups of guests. Featuring sophisticated stainless-steel appliances such as a kettle, toaster, gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher as well as general utensils and cutleries. You'll be a Masterchef in no time!

My apartment comes with a bathroom that is fit for all. With a bathtub and shower combined, be ready for a soothing bathroom experience at the end of the day. All amenities like shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and towels are going to be provided. I've got you covered.

You will also find a separate internal laundry, including washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home from corner to corner and end to end, keeps you connected to the network.

My place is an exquisite unit and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

Guest Access:
Entire place for sure. You can use everything in the apartment because you are booking the entire place not just the bedroom or the kitchen, right. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay 24/7. Free access to the building facilities.
Interaction with Guests:
In most scenarios, I will kindly greet the guests upon their arrival to hand over the keys, or left with lockbox and its code electronically where you can find the keys/cards inside. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Turrella is amazing and strategic. No doubt. Most Sydney-siders stay south is too far, they are wrong. Turrella is in inner south of Sydney, makes it still close to reach metro areas within 10-15 minutes or literally 10 km away from Sydney CBD. The neighbouring suburbs are awesome too for your conveniences including Wolli Creek, Rockdale, Tempe, and of course the Airports. Very accessible to any type of activities you are in Sydney for from work, leisure, family, or even gateway.
Getting Around:
Bus stops and trains will be best friends when it comes to commuting and getting around. The closest train station is Turrella itself where T2 Train Line passes that can take you to airport and CBD. Bus stops are nearby to take you around inner south suburbs. You can hire external car for better conveniences. If you are anti-mainstream, you can walk around the river for a long walk.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
