Inner City Designer Pad with Parking and Pool

Welcome to my newly furnished apartment in Bowen Hills. The apartment is surrounded by an abundance of public transport and is a 20 minute drive from the airport! With a spacious open plan and two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and access to a pool, my home can be your temporary sanctuary.

My home is just a 10 minute walk from Exhibition Station that will connect you to the rest of Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Otherwise, there are regular bus services on Graham Terrace.
The Space:
The property’s open plan design utilise white space and modern furniture design to create a tranquil sanctuary for you and your fellow guests. After a long day in Brisbane or the Gold Coast, settle down on the cosy sofa bed or retire in one of the two double beds, you deserve it.

Bowen Hills is popular for being a modern neighbourhood with access to more public transport than you’ll need. My home is just a 10 minute walk from Exhibition Station which will connect you with all of Brisbane. Otherwise, there are frequent bus services on Graham Terrace and Constance Street that will take you wherever you may need to go.

The newly fitted kitchen features stainless steel appliances ready for your culinary creations and a large fridge and numerous cupboards to store all your ingredients and the already supplied kitchenware, dishes and cutlery.

Once you’ve cooked up some delicious food, you can enjoy it at the dining table or kitchen island. The TV is within viewing distance so you can enjoy Aussie TV whilst eating. Alternatively, you can pop outside onto your private balcony and eat there or have your coffee, and chill. If cooking isn’t your thing, Bowen Hills has access to Brisbane’s best restaurants and cafes.

If you need to do some work, the dining table can double as a temporary workstation. Otherwise you can just use the white desk. Take advantage of the unlimited fast WIFI and sneak some Netflix in there while you’re at it!

Each stunning bedroom is fitted with a double bed and enough space and warddrobe space for you to put any luggage and clothes you may have. High quality linen is provided. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed so you can sleep there too or just chill and enjoy the TV.

The property also features two sparkling clean bathrooms. The fittings are all new and each bathroom contains a shower. Toiletries including shampoo and conditioner are all provided with compliments.

If you decide not to go out and just want to have your fun locally, the apartment building features a large resort style pool. Swim some laps and work off all those calories Brisbane’s food gifted to you!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in Bowen Hills, my apartment provides direct and convenient access to all parts of the Brisbane. You’ll find yourself with easy access to the airport and be only a 10 minute walk from Exhibition Station.
Getting Around:
My apartment is just a short walk from Green Square Station, which will give you access to all of Brisbane. There are frequent bus services on Graham Terrace and Constance Street that will take you wherever you may need to go. Alternatively, you can utilise the parking and drive.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
