Designer Chic Apartment in Brisbane with Pool!

Stay and relax in my brand new apartment situated in one of the most popular suburbs in Brisbane: fully equipped with two bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, TV, air conditioning, an outside balcony and pool. Basically next door to the EKKA, surrounded by an abundance of public transport (2 min walk to Exhibition Station) and with easy access to restaurants and cafes, this is the perfect spot to stay during your Brisbane holiday!
The Space:
Welcome to Bowen Hills, one of the largest suburbs in Brisbane - filled with boutique stores, restaurants and cafes. My apartment is located just a 2 minute walk from Exhibition Station which will connect you with all of Brisbane. Alternatively, there are frequent and abundant bus services on adjacent streets ready to take you where you need to go. A 5 minute walk south will take you to the beautiful Fortitude Valley and Chinatown, each filled with delicious restaurants and cafes plus numerous shopping options. If you’re here for the sports or to watch a concert, you’ll be pleased to know that the EKKA is just a 2 minute walk away! If you're coming by car, parking is available at the King St Showground car park which is located just around the corner. In addition, limited parking is available on the street for up to 2 hours during the daytime, and free overnight. I've uploaded an image with parking information in the photos.

My property features two spacious bedrooms featuring one queen bed and one double bed total. Both beds are covered in 500 thread count hotel quality linen to ensure you get a good night’s rest after a long day of exploring beautiful Brisbane. One bedroom also contains a desk making this the perfect stay for the working traveller. Take advantage of the fast and unlimited WIFI and get all your work done! Both bedrooms are very spacious with enough room to move around and store any luggage or shopping from nearby stores.

My apartment hosts an unique open space design. The spacious living room is fitted with a designer lounge, LCD TV, and air-conditioning to help you relaxed and de-stressed just fine. The TV has been configured for all Brisbane Digital TV Channels and is connected to an Apple TV and a (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Chromecast for media streaming capabilities. You can eat, talk, read, study, watch, play, and even get your work done here. Simply everything. Linen can be provided on request.

You'll have direct access to the balcony from the living room which features seating for two. Facing west, this is the perfect spot to kickback with a glass of wine and watch the sunset!

The kitchen comes complete with utensils and appliances including a fridge, gas stove and oven to help get your cooking done efficiently. There’s also a dishwasher and the necessary detergents so that you won’t have to worry about hand-washing during your holiday in Australia. Tea, coffee and sugar has been provided along with other condiments to help kick start your mornings.

Once you’ve cooked your meal, it can be enjoyed at the breakfast island or outside on the sunlit balcony. Glassware, dinnerware and cutlery have all been provided and can be found in the kitchen cupboards and drawers.

The bathroom is beautifully designed with a wide mirror, a clean sink, a water-efficient toilet bowl and spacious walk in shower. If you’ve forgotten your toiletries, don’t worry as I’ve provided shampoo, conditioner and soap. Soft cotton fluffy towels have also been made available.

You will also find a separate internal laundry, including a washer/dryer combo and ironing facilities.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Bowen Hills is one of Brisbane’s finest precincts, with world-class dining, bars and shopping all within a 2 minute walk from my home. Home to some of Brisbane’s best boutiques, Fortitude Valley is a hive of local, independent stores filled with unique finds. Nearby is Chinatown, offering some of the best in Asian cuisine from local providores and markets. My apartment works as the perfect base to explore the best that Brisbane h
