The Space:
Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in Northmead. My idyllic two-storey home is surrounded by an abundance of public transport connecting you with Sydney and surrounding suburbs. If you’re driving, the property comes with parking and you’ll be 1 minute from James Ruse Drive which will connect you straight to Rosehill Gardens and Sydney Olympic Park whereas travelling east via Victoria Road or Pennant Hills Road will take you to the Sydney CBD or Northern Suburbs respectively. You’ll be situated in a highly accessible and convenient location separated from Sydney and Parramatta’s hustle and bustle. When it comes to grocery shopping, you’ve got numerous options. Woolworths Ermington and Newington are 10 and 12 minutes away respectively. If you need to get some other shopping done or prefer Coles over Woolies, you can head over to Parramatta Westfield or Rhodes Shopping Center and watch a movie after enjoying their boutique stores and delicous cafes and restaurants. Once you’ve cooked up a delicious meal or ordered in, enjoy your meal at the large stone dining table. The table comfortably seats eight guests with enough room for sharing plates. Alternatively you can make use of the breakfast counter that seats three. There’s room for more but you’ll just have to pull up a chair. All dinnerware, glassware and cutlery has been provided and can be found in the kitchen.

After a long day eating and shopping at the nearby Westfield or exploring Australia’s best city, retire in one of the five bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms feature comfortable double beds with the fifth featuring a single bed perfect for the little one. All beds feature 750 thread count hotel quality linen that not only looks great but feels great. You’ll be catching up on zees in no time! Head to Lush and pick up a bath bomb to make those baths extra fun! The main bathroom features two basins making it perfect for mum and dad. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided with compliments.

A European style laundry featuring a washing machine is available in the living room. An iron and full-size ironing board is provided for your convenience.
