Luxurious Designer Home 8min walk to Bondi Beach

Welcome to my gorgeous two storey designer home in Australia’s famous North Bondi. You’ll be positioned just an 8 minute walk, not drive, from the world famous Bondi Beach. My luxury three bedroom home sleeps eight guests and has been recently styled by some of Sydney’s best home stylists. You’ll feel the ocean breeze from the front door and be immersed in the Bondi atmosphere at all times. With complete amenities and modern luxurious styling, this is the place where memories are made.
The Space:
Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in Bondi. This idyllic two storey home is located just a 500 metre walk from Bondi Beach. You’ll also have easy access to some of the top restaurants and cafes in all of Sydney. It doesn’t get much better than this! When it comes to shopping, you’ll be covered thanks to Westfield Bondi Junction. This is one of Australia’s largest and most luxurious shopping centres filled with designer stores, boutique stores, restaurants and cafes, and numerous services. This is your one stop shop for all your grocery and shopping needs! Off street parking is not available, however parking is unrestricted on the street on Hastings Parade. There is also an abundance of public transport surrounding the property on adjacent streets.

Downstairs hosts an open planned and high-ceiling living space. The spacious living room is illuminated by floor to ceiling windows and features a large wall mounted flat screen TV with Apple TV and a plush three seater sofa decorated. There are also two single seaters flanked by lamps, perfect for catching up on some reading or enjoying a cup of coffee in extreme comfort.

The open living space then leads into the complete kitchen that features high end stainless appliances and everything you need for Michelin quality dining. Featuring a top of the line Siemens oven, you'll have a built in microwave and steam function allowing you to become your own masterchef. The kitchen also has a dishwasher with the necessary detergents so that you wont have to worry about doing the dishes while holidaying in Australia.

The kitchen flows through to the dining room which features a dining table which can comfortably seat six guests. Full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen for private dinner parties and family meals during your stay. There’s additional space to enjoy your meal at the breakfast counter that has three comfortable bar stools ready to go. The dining table can also double as a temporary workstation for the business traveller thanks to the 100 Gbps and unlimited WIFI available throughout my home.

After a long day of exploring Sydney, learning to surf at Bondi and enjoying some of Australia’s best coffee and restaurants, retire in one of the three spacious bedrooms. Use the motorized blinds to block out some of the light and get a good night's rest. Featuring a total of one king bed and two queen beds, you’ll be able to get a good night’s sleep with ease. All bedding is covered with 750 thread count hotel quality linen that is both professionally cleaned every stay and frequently replaced. It not only looks good but feels good! The spacious bedrooms have enough space to store all your luggage and shopping thanks to the large floor space and wardrobes. All bedrooms have bedside lamps to catch up on some reading before falling asleep. Additional guests can make use of the double sofa bed located in the living room. Linen has also been provided.

My property also features two luxurious bathrooms with heated floor tiles. The main bathroom contains two basins for mum and dad or the perfect couple. It also features an oversized shower with two rain shower heads. This is the ultimate bathroom for loving partners! The second bathroom features a long bathtub ready for you to scrubadub as opposed to a shower. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided along with soft fluffy cotton towels. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink.

Alternatively you can venture into the backyard and make the most of the copper heated outdoor shower - ideal for your post-Bondi beach shower.

The property also comes with a laundry featuring a washer-dryer combo and iron with ironing board.
