Luxury City Pad in Melbourne

Say hello to my boutique designer apartment situated in the heart of Melbourne. The home of the Saints and filled with some of Australia’s best restaurants and cafes, this is the perfect Airbnb for your stay in Melbourne. Comfortably sleeping four guests and with complete amenities, my property is both comfortable and highly accessible thanks to the abundance of public transport. I look forward to hosting your stay and hope you have a fantastic time!
The Space:
My property is the epitome of convenience thanks to the numerous public transport options and easy access to restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping options. You’ll be on St Kilda Road and have the Commercial Road bus stop on your doorstep that will take you where you need to go. I recommend taking advantage of Melbourne’s efficient tram service. With frequent and reliable services, this is the best way to get around Melbourne. The closest stop just in front of my property and can take you directly into the Melbourne CBD. When it comes to food, you’re in luck! Melbourne is filled with Australia’s best restaurants and cafes all ready to satisfy your hunger. A 5 minute walk will get you a great coffee and meal.

Moving into my home you will find that it has been recently styled by some of Melbourne’s best home stylists. The living room is well illuminated by the natural light passing through the glass floor to ceiling sliding doors. There’s a sectional sofa which can be put together to create a double sofa bed. This is the perfect spot for unwinding after a long day of exploring Melbourne and sleeping two additional guests. There’s a large flat screen TV with Chromecast capabilities so you’ll be able to stream from your laptop and enjoy your favorite TV shows.

You’ll have direct access to the covered balcony which has outdoor seating for two. Sit down and enjoy the complimentary tea and coffee provided or take your breakfast out and enjoy it in the early morning fresh air.

Featuring a complete kitchen, you’ll have everything you need for Michelin quality dining including a stove, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Cook up a great meal and enjoy it at the dining table that comfortably seats four guests. Glassware, dinnerware and cutlery can be found in the kitchen and the dining table can also double as a temporary workstation.

From there, retire in the spacious bedroom containing a comfortable sofa bed. Fitted with 500 thread count hotel quality linen, you’ll be able to get a good night’s sleep in no time. With bedside lamps on each side, you’ll be able to catch up on some late night reading. Additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed located in the living room. Linen has also been provided.

My property hosts a luxurious bathroom that has been recently fitted. With executive finishings you’ll find a spacious and very well illuminated shower and complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap. Soft cotton towels have also been provided to help keep you dry and there’s a salon hair dryer under the sink.

Lastly, you’ll find a separate laundry containing a washer-dryer combo ready to keep all your clothes clean. An iron and ironing board are also available so don’t overpack your clothes.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
You'll be in the heart of Melbourne and have access to a myriad of top restaurants, cafes and bars all within a 10 minute walk. You'll be moments away from Albert Park Lake which contains a tranquil walking track - the perfect way to end a night. The convenient location of my property also means you'll be a short drive from supermarkets like Coles and Woolworths. A 5 minute drive will take you straight to Coles which will address all your grocery needs.
Getting Around:
Melbourne is best navigated on foot and via the very efficient and reliable tram system. Fortunately for you, you’ll have restaurants and cafes all just a 5 to 10 minute walk away. If you want to venture further out, make the most of the trams - there’s the Commercial Rd/St Kilda Rd tram stop just outside my home that will take you where you need to go.
