Waterfront Island Resort!!!

Located on the Couran Cove Island Resort, my recently furnished boutique apartment is just a short walk from the water. You’ll have access to delicious restaurants and cafes all on your doorstep. With a compact kitchen with oven, toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave, an expansive living area with sofa bed plus an oversized balcony overlooking the Couran Cove, this is the place where memories are made.
The Space:
Welcome to one of Queensland’s newest resort hotspots! Situated at Couran Cove on the gorgeous South Stradbroke Island, my property can be your temporary sanctuary away from all the hustle and bustle of the Gold Coast. Secluded an accessible by boat and ferry, you’ll still be moments away from the Gold Coast by car and will have easy access to beautiful Kangaroo Island and Coomera Island - two spots you must visit during your stay in Queensland! South Stradbroke is filled with lush greenery features the stunning and expansive Moondarewa Bay. Only a 2 minute walk away, you’ll be able to kick back and relax on this 4km bay and enjoy the beautiful Aussie sun and glistening water.

Accessing this island is easy! You'll just need to catch the ferry to Couran Cove/South Stradbroke. There's also parking at Hope Island Harbour if you're driving to the ferry terminal.

My studio apartment hosts an open planned indoor-outdoor living space featuring two comfortable lounge chairs and a three seater sofa which doubles as a sofa bed. Unwind with the LCD TV or make your way outside onto the oversized balcony that features an alfresco dining area for four. Overlooking the water, this is my favorite feature of the property itself and you’ll love your homecooked meals and takeaway here too!

If you don’t want to tap into the Gold Coast’s beautiful restaurants and cafes, you can always cook up a storm in my compact kitchen. With a family sized fridge, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster, you’ll have everything you need for your culinary creations. Dinnerware, glassware and cutlery have all been provided and can be found in the kitchen cupboards and drawers. I’ve also left complimentary tea and coffee plus some other condiments to help kickstart your mornings and re-energise your afternoons.

My studio apartment features one bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed lined with 750 thread count hotel quality linen. The bedroom is very spacious with enough room for you to walk around and store any luggage or shopping you might have. Additional guests can comfortably stay on the comfortable double sofa bed located in the living room. Linen has also been provided.

The bathroom is home to stunning bathroom is home to two basins, a bathtub and shower. Everything you could possibly need is here including complimentary shampoo, conditioner and soap. I’ve also provided soft cotton fluffy towels to help keep you dry. A salon hairdryer has been left under the sink.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the table in the living area can serve as a workstation for business travellers.

Aside from being a waterfront property with access to cafes and restaurants, you’ll also have access to an outdoor heated pool surrounded by sun chairs. Don’t forget your goggles. If you have a kayak, canoe or boat, it can also be docked in the cove!

My place is an exquisite home and was built with relaxation and small groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in the Gold Coast and available for contact by email or phone.

You’ll be staying at the Couran Cove Resort located north of Australia’s famous Gold Coast. This waterfront property is located on the ever so peaceful and quiet South Stradbroke Island.
