Welcome to my stunning Queenscliff home located just a 3 minute walk from Freshwater Beach and an 8 minute walk from the world famous Manly Beach. My home is the epitome of comfort and convenience as you’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport options, shopping options, cafes and restaurants. Everything you could possibly need is close by and behind closed doors you’ve got a tranquil sanctuary.
The Space:
Situated in Queenscliff you’ll be a part of the wider Manly area just south of Freshwater. You’ll be smelling the Australian ocean breeze from your balcony whilst having three world famous beaches all within walking distance. Freshwater Beach is closest and only a 3 minute walk from my property. This is less populated than both Manly (an 8 minute walk) and South Curl Curl Beaches. If you head down to Manly Beach you’ll find that it’s lined with top quality restaurants and cafes all ready to satisfy your thirst and hunger. Attend a surf lesson or hire a surfboard and hit the water smiling. Alternatively, just bring a towel and get yourself a tan under the Aussie sun.

Stepping inside my home you’ll be greet by an open plan design illuminated by large floor to ceiling windows leading onto my balcony. The living area features a large three person designer sofa facing a stunning flat screen LCD TV. Kick back and relax after a long day of exploring Manly and Sydney. You definitely deserve it.

If you don’t want to tap into the famous and delicious restaurants and cafes in Manly, you’ll be pleased to know that the property comes with a complete kitchen. I’ve provided complimentary tea and coffee to help kickstart your mornings and re-energise your afternoons - this is best enjoyed on the balcony overlooking beautiful and peaceful Queenscliff. Also, don’t worry about hand washing as there’s a dishwasher and the necessary detergent - nobody wants to hand wash on holiday.

Once you’ve got your meal, tea or coffee, enjoy it at the dining table that comfortably seats five guests. Glassware, dinnerware and cutlery have all been provided and can be found in the kithcn. The table can also double as a temporary workstation thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI available throughout the house.

From there, retire in one of the two bedrooms each featuring comfortable double beds. The beds have been lined with hotel quality 750 thread count linen and are washed by the professionals at swiftly.cleaning after each stay. The linen is also replaced completely once a month. Additional guests can also stay on the sofa bed in the living room which sleeps two guests; linen has been provided.

My property hosts one modern bathroom with new luxurious fittings. There’s a bathtub shower for you to scrubadub. You might as well head over to Lush in Warringah Mall and pick up some bath bombs to make it more fun! Complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided. There’s also a salon hairdryer under the sink and soft fluffy cotton towels ready to keep you dry.

There’s a separate private laundry with a washer and dryer to keep your clothes clean so don’t pack extra clothes or worry about visiting a laundromat. An iron and ironing board can also be found in the laundry.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in the coastal suburb of Queenscliff, you’ll have access to numerous cafes and restaurants including Harbord Hotel and Stowaway Bar. A 5 minute drive will take you to Coles and Woolworths supermarkets whilst a 3 minute walk will take you to the quiet Freshwater Beach. One of Australia’s biggest shopping centers, Warringah Mall, is a 5 minute drive away and is packed with boutique stores, electronics and supermarkets.
