Welcome to my three bedroom designer home situated in the sunny and bright Braddon! You’ll be in the heart of Canberra and surrounded by an abundance of public transport, cafes and restaurants all within a 1 minute walk. Inside, you’ll find a property recently styled by some of the best home stylists and interior designers straight from Sydney. Sleeping eight guests and with complete amenities, this is the perfect Airbnb for your stay in Canberra.
The Space:
Thanks to the perfect location of my property, absolutely everything you need is accessible on foot. A less than 1 minute walk will take you on to Lonsdale Street which contains numerous top quality cafes including Barrio Collective Coffee, Lonsdale Street Cafe and BentSpoke Brewing Co. If you want to eat out and not make the most of my complete kitchen, you can head to Debacle for some casual eating. Again, that’s all within a one minute walk. The more south you go along Lonsdale Street, the more restaurants, bars and cafes you will encounter with all of these being a part of Canberra’s best. Alternatively, you can go for a 10 minute walk or 4 minute drive to Canberra Centre which is a large shopping complex filled with supermarkets, boutique stores and more restaurants and cafes. My property comes with parking so getting around via car is a cinch.

Moving into my executive home you’ll be greeted by a large open plan design filled with light and airy space. The living area features a three seat sofa and two lounge chairs along with a large flat screen TV fitted with Chromecast. You’ll be able to kick back and enjoy some great TV after exploring Canberra.

My kitchen comes complete with everything you could need for Michelin quality dining. Featuring an oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and a fridge, you’ll be able to become your own Masterchef and cook up a storm. Complimentary tea and coffee along with some other condiments and sugar have been provided to help kickstart your mornings and re-energise your afternoons. There’s also a dishwasher and the necessary detergent so that you don’t have to handwash during your holiday in Australia.

Once you’ve got your meal or ordered in with UberEats or Deliveroo, you can enjoy it at either the dining table that seats six, breakfast counter or outside on the balcony thanks to the outdoor seating. All dinnerware, glassware and cutlery can be found in the kitchen cupboards and drawers. The dining table can also double as a temporary workstation for business travellers thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI available throughout my home.

From there, you can retire in one of the three spacious bedrooms each featuring comfortable queen beds. All bedding is covered with high thread count hotel quality linen guaranteeing you a good night’s sleep. There is also a lot of room both around the beds and in the sliding wardrobes for you to store all your luggage and shopping. Additional guests can sleep on the double sofa bed located in the living room. Linen has been provided.

My home hosts two bathrooms each featuring spacious walk in showers. If you’ve forgotten your toiletries, do not worry. Shampoo and conditioner along with soap and soft cotton fluffy towels have been provided with compliments.

The property also comes complete with a private laundry containing both a washer and dryer along with an iron.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to my home, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Canberra and available for contact by email or phone.
