Located in Townsville’s CBD within the new Q Resorts on Flinders Street, you’ll have access to my two bedroom designer property is complete with all the amenities you could possibly need plus spectacular balcony views of the city, Castle Hill and Ross Creek. Guests can enjoy our onsite facilities including an outdoor pool, BBQ and onsite parking. You will give you access to some great cafes, restaurants and bars along with an abundance of public transport taking you where you need to go.
The Space:
This property is part of an ultra modern and brand new development. The property utilises white space and modern interior design to create a relaxed a peaceful feeling. Due to its perfect location, you’ll be a 2 minute walk from Townsville Station which has both frequent and efficient train services. Alternatively you can make the most of the abundance of buses on Flinders Street, literally on the front door, that will take you where you need to go.

Moving into my executive home you’ll be greeted by a studio style design with a plush sofa positioned perfectly infront of a large flat screen TV. This is the spot to sit down and chill after a long day of exploring North Queensland. The TV is equipped with both Austar and Chromecast and will satisfy all your entertainment needs.

The compact kitchen comes complete with all the appliances you need for Michelin quality dining. Make the most of it and cook up a storm. I’ve also provided complimentary tea and coffee to help kickstart your mornings and re-energise your afternoons. I recommend enjoying them on the stunning balcony which has clear views of the city, Castle Hill and Ross Creek.

You can enjoy your delicious meals at either the dining table or balcony’s alfresco area. The dining table comfortably seats six with enough room for sharing plates. All dinnerware, glassware and cutlery has been provided and can be found in the kitchen cupboards and drawers. The dining table can also double as a temporary workstation thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI available throughout my home.

The two bedrooms sleep a total of four with the main bedroom featuring a queen bed and the second bedroom featuring two single beds. All beds are covered with hotel quality 750 thread count linen guaranteed to give you a good night’s sleep. Both bedrooms are spacious with the main bedroom including a sliding wardrobe - this means you’ll have enough room to store your luggage and any shopping you may have. Additional guests can sleep on the double sofa bed located in the living room.

The property features two generous sized bathrooms both providing complimentary toiletries including shampoo and conditioner. Both walk in showers are fit for kings and each fit two people - that’s how big they are. In the laundry, a washing machine, dryer and iron have been provided plus the necessary detergent.

Free WIFI is provided for either business or social purposes, or to simply catch-up on the latest movies. The large dining table can double as a temporary work desk. The home also has air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and heating to keep you warm in our not-so-cold Aussie winters.

If you decide to stay in and not explore Townsville, you’ll be happy to know that the property has an onsite pool and BBQ area. You’ll aso have access to secure on site parking making driving an easy way to travel and explore beautiful North Queensland.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Townsville and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
You’ll be situated in Townsville, the heart of North Queensland. The optimum location of my property means that you’ll be surrounded by a myriad of different cafes and restaurants. A 1 minute walk will take you to Max Brenner for some chocolate delights, Guzman y Gomez for some Mexican cuisine and Hogs Breath Cafe for an American style hearty meal and great music.
