Welcome to my designer property in the beautiful Devonport! With modern furnishings and professional styling, my property is the perfect combination of both aesthetics and comfort. Sleeping eight guests, you’ll have access to a complete list of amenities whilst being within walking distance of numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and stores. Complete with parking and the abundance of public transport this is the perfect Airbnb for your stay in Devonport.
The Space:
Situated on Lindsay Place, you’ll be in an ultra-convenient location within Devonport. A 2 minute walk will take you to William Street and Kempling Street which contain a number of restaurants and some services including a post office and chemist/pharmacist. There’s also a Dominoes Pizza for some take away or delivery pizza plus the Continental Bakery for some freshly baked breads. Going further south along William Street you’ll find Herbs Pizza and Zambrero Devonport. Alternatively, you can head into Devonport’s CBD which is under a 10 minute walk away. You’ll find both a Coles and Woolworths supermarket for all your grocery needs and numerous restaurants, cafes, bars and boutique stores.

Moving into my home you’ll be greeted by brand new designer furniture in a recently styled living room. Featuring a comfortable three seater sofa, large LCD TV and fireplace, this is the perfect spot to kick back and relax after a long day of exploring Devonport. The TV comes fitted with Chromecast so you’ll be able to stream from your laptop and watch your favorite TV shows.

If you decide not to eat out you’ll be happy to know that my comes with a complete kitchen. Everything you need to become your own Masterchef can be found here including a oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster. Complimentary tea and coffee has been provided along to help make those early mornings more bearable. Additionally, there’s a dishwasher and the necessary detergents so you won’t need to worry about hand washing during your stay in Devonport.

Once you’ve cooked up a storm or ordered in, you can enjoy your delicious meal at the dining table that comfortably seats six guests. All dinnerware, glassware and cutlery can be found in the kitchen. The dining table can also double as a temporary workstation for the business traveller thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI available throughout the house.

After a long day of exploring Davenport, walking along the Mersey River or shopping, retire in one of the three spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom features comfortable double beds with 500 thread count hotel quality linen. There is enough room to store any luggage and shopping plus bedside lamps to help you catch up on some late night reading.

My property also hosts an executive bathroom with large full body shower. You’ll be squeaky clean in no time and I’ve provided complimentary toiletries to help you get going. Soft cotton towels have been made available along with a salon hair dryer which can be found on the basin of the bathroom.

Lastly, my property comes complete with a private laundry featuring a washer, iron and ironing board. You’ll be looking fresh and wont have to worry about overpacking your clothes.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Devonport and available for contact by email or phone.
