Welcome to my cosy three bedroom home in Devonport! Comfortably sleeping eight guests and hosting a complete kitchen, spacious living area, bathrooms with complimentary toiletries and parking, this is the perfect Airbnb for your stay in Tassy. Thanks to the convenient location, you’ll be able to access a number of restaurants along the same street and be only a 2 minute drive from numerous shopping centres, boutique stores, restaurants, cafes and bars.
The Space:
Situated in Devonport, you’ll be a 2 minute drive from Rooke and Stewart Streets which are lined with numerous stores, cafes, restaurants and bars. A 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive will take you to Woolworths Devonport, your one stop supermarket for all your grocery needs. If you don’t want to make the most of my fully equipped kitchen, you can head to Valentinos’, China Garden Restaurant or Laneway and pick up some dinner or lunch. Alternatively, make the most of UberEats and have the food delivered to you! You’ll be surrounded by an abundance of public transport with regular bus services on Harold and Steele Street. Just remember, the property also comes with parking making driving around Tassie a cinch.

Moving into my home you’ll be greeted by a newly furnished property designed and styled by Tasmania’s best interior designers and home stylists. The living room features a two seater sofa opposite an LCD TV. There’s also a fireplace to warm up your winters with friends and family. The sofa also folds out into a double sofa bed to sleep an additional two guests. I have provided linen.

My kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed for Michelin quality meals. You’ll have both an oven and stove along with toaster, kettle and microwave to cook up whatever you wish. Complimentary tea and coffee have been provided with compliments to help kick-start your mornings and re-energise your afternoons. Personally, I enjoy my coffees outside in the shade of the alfresco dining area.

Once you’ve cooked up a meal or ordered in, enjoy your meals at the dining table which comfortably seats six guests. There is enough space for sharing plates and entertaining with all glassware, cutlery and dinnerware being provided and found in the kitchen cupboards and drawers. The dining table can also double as a temporary workstation thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI available throughout my home.

After a long day exploring Davenport, retire in one of the three spacious bedrooms each featuring a combination of two double beds and one queen bed. All bedrooms have enough space to store all your luggage and shopping without tripping over. On top of that, two bedrooms host fireplaces to keep you extra warm. All bedding including the double sofa bed are covered with 500 thread count hotel quality linen to help you get a good night’s sleep.

My property comes fitted with two bathrooms. The main bathroom is located indoors and features a large bathtub shower to help you scrubadub. Complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided along with soft cotton towels. A salon The second bathroom is in fact an Aussie outdoor loo kept squeaky clean along with the rest of the house by the folks at swiftly.cleaning.

Both an iron and ironing board can be found in the laundry which also features a washer-dryer combo to help keep your clothes clean and looking fresh.

You’ll have easy access to restaurants and cafes and be a quick drive from the heart of devonport which hosts numerous shopping and dining options.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Devonport and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
You’ll be located in the heart of Davenport on Forbes Street. A 1 minute walk south will take you to numerous milk bars and restaurants all ready to satisfy your cravings. The
