Within my three bedroom apartment, you’ll find a stunning open plan design bringing together the kitchen, living and dining areas in a graceful balance for guests to enjoy. Offering well-lit interiors with full glass panelling and sumptuous textures throughout, the interplay between the interior and exterior of my home underlines a feeling of openness and sanctuary.

Walking into the property, you’ll immediately find yourself within the expansive living room, with huge 65-inch flat screen TV with Chromecast and Netflix offerings, BOSE music system, and views as far as the eye can see back to the CBD. My large, Scandinavian-inspired lounge settee will comfortably seat guests as they sit back and enjoy the sun setting against the stunning Flemington backdrop and the Dandenong Ranges. The lounge converts into a two-person sofa bed, and additional linen is provided for guests upon request. All up, my property can host up to eight guests per booking.

Moving into the kitchen, guests will find themselves equipped with all cooking equipment when entertaining for a cosy night in. Featuring premium European finishings in an all-white look, the kitchen offers great storage options and flexibility for all types of guests, as well as a cutting edge Italian coffee machine. The breakfast bar provides business travellers with a quick and easy option for morning meals on the go.

Across to the dining area, guests of up to eight can sit down and soak up the views for all meals. Full cutlery, dining ware, glasses and crockery will be supplied each booking. Additionally, the dining table can double as your temporary workstation with access to free WIFI.

Walking across to the three bedrooms, you’ll find yourself sleeping in hotel quality linen on queen size beds comfortably fitting up to two adults each. All bedrooms feature floor to ceiling glass framing, looking out over the racecourse and surrounding area. The master bedroom and second bedroom feature private bathroom ensuites, adding to the luxuriousness of your stay. Further, the master bedroom includes its own private lounge space and study nook - adding flexibility for multiple groups if staying together.

The penthouse has two full bathrooms and an additional ensuite for guests to use, each bathroom including hand towels, full bathroom toiletries provided with compliments. A hair dryer can also be found in the bathroom to speed up the drying process. The master bedroom’s bathroom offers guests a designer, deep bathtub with window views overlooking the Melbourne skyline. Towels for each guest are also provided.

Guests can enjoy two separate balconies, with one looking out over the glamorous Flemington Racecourse, and the other offering views to the Dandenong Ranges.

You’ll also have access to your own private laundry featuring a washer and dryer - making the property perfect for longer stays if needed.

All penthouse guests have complimentary access to an ultra modern gym, barbecue area, shared dining rooms, a games room with a ping pong table and heated infinity pool with sun deck.
